  2. Thanks Kathy , The big grey is an off the track TB, he'd only been off the track 4 weeks when this was taken, which shows just how calm he is My sons pony Toby is a Haflinger cross Welsh, and lets just say that pony and rider deserve one another
  3. Good job , which technique you use to black out the BG? Which program do you use for processing Photoshop ?
  4. I loved the colours on these shots i took last Autumn of my little boy and better half .
  5. Spot on shots Hannah , very good , nice sequence
  6. The recent thread on Kay's new Nifty has, inspired me to use mine again, so i took these shots last night when the house dogs had settled, thats the beauty of this lens, with it having a 1.8 aperture you don't need any flashes, just a tripod and a remote trigger.
  7. Would you like a sandwich Father , Arh go on , go on, go on, go on, go on, go on and Father have you been at the toilet duck again !!!! NUNS , DDRRRRIINNKKK !!! FECK
  8. Some nice shots Snappy , I like the Selective colouring, well done !!
  9. Hey Kay , good choice of lens, this lens is a great bit of kit, every Photographer should have one, and best of all its relatively cheap. not to hijack your thread but this is one of my favorites with my "Nifty"
  10. Pops , there are lots of fell and fell cross hounds on this side of the pond, Pm if you want to use a stallion hound, depending on where you are i might be able to put you on to one. PS in terms of what they're like , a much bigger rangier trialing Walker, lots of drive , independent , generally quick, but much more handleable than a Walker
  11. Hey LDR , take a look at the 50D, you'll be amazed at the jump in build quality and performance from the xxxD to a xxD is a huge jump, i'm from the UK but live in Canada but i don't know what prices are like back home but i know you can get a good used or refurbished 50D for around $700 to $900 that roughly converts to around 350 to 450 quid, well worth it, if i had the option of a used 50D or a new 550D (T1I over here) i'd go for the 50D every time, and all your lenses will fit, just my humble opinion
  12. The first of my Nannies started kidding out today , here's a few pics
