It's not gonna be consistent either way is it, plenty of folk who work who spend more time with muts than their unemployed counter parts, and there are plenty of folk who couldnt train / keep a dog no matter how much time they had. Having said that, two folk, both with good dogs, both with the right attitude and knowledge etc, stands to reason the unemployed one will end up with a 'better' dog, even if only in the work that it has done, stands to reason don't it?
