This is all very interesting, but the dogs that come from mike, you are making them sound useless, and i've yet to hear any complaints from a single person who has worked one. But then i suppose they are just "ignorant joe public", so what would they know?

No one here was arguing that these defacts did not exist, that they get albinos with defects, but just that the vast majority are fine. As for ferrets seeing or not, as long as my ferrets appear to have a good quality of life and are 'happy / content' thats enough for me. I'm not sure they get that hung up about not being able to see birds flying over head. So would you breed terriers with poor eyesight then ? Totally different animal, with a different application, and life style, so no, not if it was severe. I know you would like to trap me into being an 'irresponsible bree

People forget how complex the world is. . . If we didn't give large chunks of cash to dodgy African dictators, where would they get the cash to buy all those guns off British arms dealers, and without all them guns, where would the political instability and warfare come from that allows us to sidle in and take (trade) the oil and diamonds we want. It's never as fecking simple as it looks in the papers, there are bigger games being played.

Aye cracking, feed a meat eater on bread and milk. The odd thing is the poor fuckers DID survive on it for years. But you will hardly get the best from your ferret on that shit will you? There is a lot from the past that should stay firmly there. -
My biggest issue with any kind of aid / charity, is that if we DO manage to greatly reduce the death toll around the world, we are proper f****d.

Not sure if it has been mentioned, but a lot of the time its a clever way of giving u.k companies dodgy money. You give a f**k ton of aid to a country and then give them a list of contractors that they can use for the projects they will spend the money on. Them contractors are of course British, usually owned by some dodgy c**t, or his brother.

If they did that to a gun dog i owned i would hit the f*****g roof. It takes very little of that pish to ruin the dog for life. Big f**k off lock on the kennel, and make sure folk see you taking the dogs out morning and eve for a good walk, and that the dogs are in good condition and the kennels are clean, and then if you get a visit they can say f**k ALL.

It's unlikely the hob is pining for home, usually anything else goes out the window when they get a whiff of a jill in season, so that is very strange indeed. Just a question, but why are you breeding from 1yr old ferrets anyway? Maybe nature is trying to tell you something!

Sorry mate, i cannot use the 'emoticons' thing, so can't stick the "sticky out tongue face" etc so you can see i'm not being angry haha. My point was just that driving about and not just sticking 'local' is fine, and it will increase your bag numbers no doubt, but there are a f**k ton of folk out there doing exactly the same. So even with traveling, to keep a consistent catch rate like that up 7 months of the year, 7 nights a week. Especially at the end of the season? Is, i think. . . Total bullshit. There i've said it. Do you not get it though? It's f**k all to do with bailing out poor folk? It;s just a way to keep certain folk onside to create political 'stability' and military back up. I could care less about the political stability it brings. And as for military back up... when was the last time the Indian or Pakistani military won a war ?
