An unnamed estate in Sussex released infected rabbits onto there estate , it was still being trailed for Australia at the time , the said estates keeper then gave away mixie rabbits to other estates in the uk , then the government were informed by which time to late , : ( , I would say the same has happened with rhd , it's on the move but moves much slower than mixie did seen it in new areas this year ,

You say this but I personally think they are unfairly labelled (I prefer the domestic name of Carpet Shark) The Hobs smell in season, obviously, but Jills and out of season hobs are not noticable if kept clean and have a decent diet I have found. Also I think numbers will affect it. I have two small jills, not a pack of ferrets, so am tempted to bring mine into my bedroom (living with me mam at the current time) as I quite like playing and being with them. It would seem you have already made your mind up ??? Personally for me no I wouldnt , if you have room in the garage why not keep em

Yep nothing wrong with a couple of sessions on the lead , better if there's someone with you less stresfull , the dog will soon twig that ferrets go in rabbits come out : ) and so on ,

Prefer not to ferret in the rain if heavy : ( risked it a couple of tines over the years and got proper proper soaked no enjoyment there , I usually change the day ,
