  3. First impressions the Box arrived this this morning , it was very well wrapped and labelled , the box is a Mk 1 but much better made ,the collar is highly visible and made of plastic and a good sized Buckle which is a real plus as i have bad Hands and eyes , it works well at 10 Feet + though this was dry testing , all in all its a well made unit and the maker seems to be in the game long term .

  5. It was advertised a few weeks back at £150 and £ 45 for the collar but i think that was just to test the market, on EBAY old Knackered ones are making £200 + so its not to bad for a new unit

  9. In this part of Leicestershire their has been Black Rabbits since the 1930s when they were first introduced by Farmers to improve the quality off the Fur and increase the meat yield, Black Rex does were used the first season and Bucks were released the following year , the Does that were used were picked out because they were aggressive which is the opposite of what you need in tame Rabbits. I have caught Black Rabbits in this area for over 60 years and never saw a Black one with Mixi though i have caught them with it in other places. The owner of this farm caught 300 Rabbits a Week f
  10. You will never get a better kill than that mate so stick with them ?. If i had to use a Fenn for Rats it would be the Mk4 because that is what it was made for but if you want the best set up for Rats you will not get anything better than these

  12. I have had a few outstanding Ferrets over the years but one sticks out a big Fitchitt gill ! a very fast killer which suited me at the time , most of what i have had over the years have been good workers but there was something about this animal i liked though if you show a Ferret plenty of Rabbits they get better and better .
  13. We area .now entering the Herd Immunity stage of this illness and the death rate is set to soar , a lot of people who have not been jabbed will die ! a classic case of natural selection
  14. I bought some a few years back they killed Rabbits well enough and their shape helps in some situations but the the 116 / 110 are very versatile and can adapt to most situations, a good trap but i think people go a little Coat blind when they see them .
  15. And so is my head.......i always thought they were Black .
  16. Pulled the first Crayfish trap this morning and a piece of Fishing string was snagged on it ! i know that there is a lot of Mussels in this Water but are these the same species .?
