Sounds like a brill Xmas, We could barely fit 4 parents in on top of our small family of 4 (+ retarded dog) in our last house....and that was after 13 years of sorting the house out lol

I agree but it's f***ing retarded....it's basically pointless taking about left and right since no one can define what it actually means anymore...unless conservatives and right wing people are happy to be smeared with being called semi-racist. Far left = large state, anti capitalism, pro benefits, higher taxes Right Wing = small government, low tax, low benefits and state support + pro capitalism Where doe race come in to this? Where does communism fit into your binary? The end goal of communism is the total destruction of the state so doesn't really fit your definition of far le

As I've said the nationalists came about around the same time as communists, they're both far left and a response to capitalism and free trade. You can read books like Communism and Nationalism: Karl Marx versus Friedrich List by Roman Szporluk which I'm sure is very entertaining bedtime reading but the fact remains the term far right is one coined by the communists and marxists and since they won the war against the nationalists in the 1940s the term stuck.

She's just at that age where she will be ok hopefully, I want her to stay here if possible so it's more important...loads of the kids here leave and never come back. I'll struggle as I'm a bit old and I had a bad enough time with French even though I spend 4 years in Algeria where they spoke no English. It's a really nice language to listen to as well but you don't hear it get spoken up here so often as it's a seaside town full of pensioners and people who worked at the nuclear power station

I learned Shwmae but it turns out no one uses it up here. The schools all teach in welsh here, she's going to a special language unit in January which is cool but I'm trying to do some with her

I boned a pheasant once but it didn't make good eating afterwards, a bit salty. Is it hard work? I have zero butchering skills but it would be nice to try it. I wonder why it was salty? The hardest bit was getting away from the keeper with my trousers round my ankles! Ha ha brilliant

Not that surprising you say you've never heard of them considering you've said on here before that you don't pay attention to British politics. They're probably the most active far right protest group in the UK. I don't think I ever said that I've always paid attention to British politics. I hate this term The BNP, FN and plenty of parties that get labeled as far right are all left leaning in their economic policies. If far right implies racist does that mean right wing parties like the conservatives are a bit racist?
