    Just started gettin my pup fit now the weather has cooled of a bit..2 mile on bike at first light...she's took to the bike well for sayin it was her first time yesterday.2 to 3 hour at night mooching at she's out and about with me most days...nearly nine month..she be ready for a run soon as this weather fucks off

    My pup was the same till about a month a go..even ran all the way home when a little hand bag dog barked at her pmsl...took he to the local park to build her convedence up and all come good...stil a bit timid but she's still young
