You would think that any business worth its salt would look after their customers, and provide a good service to them.
The market place is very competitive, and poor customer care/business practice will deffinatly work against them.
What some of these busineses forget, is that the Air Gun Hunting world is quite tight knit, a lot of trade is developed by word of mouth, not only person to person, but through Forums such as THL.
Examples such as your's, and the way you have been treated will stick in peoples mi
