  1. Some folk would say yes - I would say no... Thing I do and have listened to, is give your dogs the best you can.. To me than goes further than food and a warm bed.. Bit of comfort and TLC aint going to make a dog quit.. Company, its all a good bond.. Some folk will say otherwise... But I have had sofa lounging lurchers than fill the bag and run till they have nothing left.. Never had digging terriers but workers yes and they had there time in the house with the fire on

  3. Yeah Thing about keeping working dogs in the house is, you have to work them or exercise them so, when they are in the house they are relaxing & resting.. Just like any dog they need a outlet and stimulation.. Just got to watch if you have a few, you dont want kick offs if your not about.. I have kept dogs in the house and crate them up when I am out.. Would not leave them to long tho if they need the toilet.. Its personal choice at the end of the day mate.. All my dogs start off in the house then move out to the kennels.. But I dont mind a dog on the sofa if they aint
  4. Last topic went slightly off track.... However I think its a intresting topic for discussion... How many people on here use one ?? Do you use them regular or just for injuries and recovery... I am looking to buy a secound hand one, if anyone as one... If not, I better save a few pennys... If I dont find it much cop, there should be a good resale value.. I dont know much about them...   7. I like seeing them swarm... Get some cracking massive swarms But they get in my roof every year I have pointed bits and dont know how they get in Maybe with a few nesting in the area they just come.. We put them feed balls and dry meal worms out.. They dont seem to to take the seed as much.. They can do one off them balls failry sharpish within a hour or so...

  13. Aye I would see them dead or in a third world type jail... Government would save loads if they paid other countries to house our criminals.. Thing is out jails are to good... Thailand has the right idea... Keep them in the dark with cockroaches, hardly any scran and water.... Make them live and suffer everyday..

  16. Got to spend money on something. Its 90 tablets for 1 dog its 3 months supply costs £12 works out £4 a month, less than a £1 a week Its nothing really
  17. I give joint sups.. Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM & Omega 3... Its packed with B vitamins, Folic acid & calcium. I give a very good diet and exercise regime too... I think a lurcher taking its self to the limit lamping or coursing may just require more... Mabie I am wrong, but it dose them no harm
  18. Had my old dog at the vets today.. I thought she had arthritis, last moth just gone down hill - would not jump - hardly would break into a trot... Anyway Vet recons she is fine just some inflammation on the vertebrae and just to continue with rest.. I was pleased its not arthritis.. Is there anymore I can do ??? He recons like in humans a damaged back just takes time.... There is Hydro therapy near by, my Mrs thinks that might help .... I was thinking a mag box ?? How much do they cost ?? Do they work ?? Should I go to bone man ?? Vet recons no not now.. No d
