  3. That the thing mate. You can be the victim, of your own success.. Got some very good ground few years back.. Easy running - stone walled. The dogs never missed much & daytime you could pick up double figures.. After a few good sessions the land was almost barren.. I just had to keep finding more ground and traveling to attempt to keep the numbers rolling in.. Its difficult situation at times.. If you don't take what's there, others will. Then there is that age old saying you can only kill them once.. hope things pick up for you
  4. I need to get back exercising and l kcoking them fags on the head. had bit of stress with one thing or another. Been working full time and doing full time uni combine that with the dogs and my mrs lol something had to go.. Finish uni in Jan so will have so much more free time and s clear head so might get back at it.. I did prefer doing basic compound stuff my routine was fairly basic.. Back and biceps chest and tri and legs.. Would be better spending my cash on protein good scran and supplements rather than lambert and butlers lol
  5. I was never massive. I could do squats with 190 and dead lift 220 not PB done 3 sets of ten but could only bench 65 done 75 but only cranked out 3 reps.. I don't train anymore and I trained on and off but last time done 18 months. No discipline lol I have even started smoking again..
  6. Would of thought benching that you would of done better squats and dead lifts.. My back and legs were much stronger than chest.. They recon to boost size to work legs. I would of thought you got to use it all..
  7. That's what DAF class as meaty Chunks.. The old dog loved t but the pup had no interest at all..
  8. Aye Colin took me up to Scotland and the little dog worked all day.. Done bit ferreting, he was good dog around the nets.. Flushed a few from rough patches and retrieved like a spaniel.. Collins a crack shot with a gun.. Never seen Lucy work ,but heard good stuff.. She's Blazes mother ??
  9. I got it a few times but one of my dogs would not touch it... I found the beef mince great.. The do beef mince and a product called meaty mince.. I liked the lamb mince as well.. They don't do Ox tail but mine love that and some good meat on it..
  10. Can anyone really be this stupid.... Yes
  11. I have done I myself.. Its the trouble with a dog with a good nose.. I once pulled a tiny black rabbit off the dog and it was mid winter.. I was not sure if it would pull through so I put it in my pocket and walked a few mile and took it back to wee it was caught.. It was fine and took off..
  12. I seen some advertised recently on face book.. I doubt very much they were genuine.. Lots of folk add in Name tags to help sell pups...
  13. Socks is famous Aaron You can see his dog in Phil Lloyds book and on film.. " Fist full of ferrets" he maybe is on more productions too.. His Bitch "Tegan" is a cracking rabbit slayer by all accounts
  14. Had some decent bags, when the moons been out.. To be fair tho it was wild with wind & rain.. If its still I tend not to bother.. If Rabbits are thin on the ground and hard won, a bright night just educates them.. Its one of them things the more you do, it the more you know your wasting your time.. When the moons up I prefer to go for a flush or a days ferreting..
  15. Years ago a few lads used to run one down the Sheepmount.. They used to have the traps the lot.. There is Training track for Greys near Southwaite way.. Don't no anything about whippets mate..
  16. looks a smart enough bitch.. Hope she works out for you mate
  17. Brill Pictures.. Looked a nice sunny day.. Will be a wet one tomorrow..
  18. Dogs can eat the whole thing, they start by ripping open the gut to eat all the soft innards and stomach contents which kick off digestion, and work their way through and out, finishing with the bones and fur which clean their teeth. Are you a mad man ............ No a Mad Woman
  19. Surprizing that Articgun.. I found the meat great.. Always smelt fresh and the chicken was A1 no bone or skin in it.. Wonder if you got a dodgy batch.. Someone only has to let you down once.. don't blame you for not going back..
