  8. i had this very recently and it would not heal or disapear, what i did was amputate he lump. i did like i was dubbinh him and cut the skin of his chin heck area and it quickly healed. the lumps is like a green hard lump of snot, the bird is fine now, i think it was some sort of infection
  9. if i didnt work with ferrets when i got my pup, i would make the effort to try and break her to them, as in 5 years who knows who i will be hunting pals with, and you dont want to be a liability, or worst, kill a ferret, and nver be invited again...

  15. whats wrong with that SS? Just a shit attitude, they get a hyper drive dog, then when the shine's worn off or they find something new to do, the dog is no longer required. I'm sure none of us "have" time for dogs, but we make it. It was also the way the person writing the newsletter just included it so matter of factly, like it was normal to move a dog on when you're too busy for it. couldnt think of a worst dog as a pet, a dog that has been bred for years to run miles nonstop and use a sense that cannot really be stimulated without hunting, cheers for replying

  19. i have a broodcock here and i am wanting to breed off him while the hen im matching him with is laying, but hes on his own as he has a gurgling cold and i dont want anything else catching it, he has a deep gurgling cold and it has been there for a couple of months. i put a thread up a while ago to find a treatment, but only got names, and i cant find anywhere to get them! does anybody have anywhere to get some appropriate treatment, or even send me some? i will pay! cheers!
