    1 of my pups from fellxjagd this time, 7 pups, 5 jagd colouring, 2 red, all confident pups, only time will tell if they make the grade, both sire and dam working all quarry to ground so its down to luck now

    I'm a brit living in finland, i work jagd to fox, coondog and billy. they're as good as owt, no better no worse. theres lines kept for above ground hunting, and lines kept for below, i only keep below and they'll die in a hole for you. take your pick but don't slag dogs off you've never had experience of. oh and yes i had 1 that never went to ground until the day i burried him, but had failures with patts too

    no difference really for working ability both as ugly, but at least you've got more chance of grabbing a tail than a stump, but as i said not looking for a slanging match

    Well i don't come on here so often anymore, i remember why now why, 10 pages and 9 pages of abuse, I live where its illegal to dock, never had no probs with my Jagd and [bANNED TEXT] you start they only go to ground, and read the rest of this post before you answer!! I do agree with docking and see no harm in it especially for cover dogs and terriers where the the tail set is high, but i'd rather work a terrier with no dock than 1 who has too short a dock.

    I'd like to take a camera out and film some english kids, ok i'd probably need subtitles, but we've got muslims here and thier religion don't like dogs or beer, but mines still sat next to me in their bar!!

    had to cancel digging today, -28 where i am on coast where i live but my mate lives about 30 min drive in land and was -37 there so thought it was too cold for dogs not working, yea it was the dogs we were thinking about! lol

    they're the same as any breed, you get good uns and bad uns, i keep em here, 8-8½ kg dogs. do the job, bit too hard but i'll live with that. But dont look at internet and make your mind up about a whole breed. Different countries, different hunting, different dogs. Simple as.

    Well over here we can pay 600 upward for a pup!! I had 1 non starter and got him neutered and gave him to pet home, but my workers they can take from my dead and cold hands, theirs no price to give em up, not even a wife, she went with the non starter

    the more i read and see on here the more i am thankfull for moving over here. I miss family and friends but if i was back in uk i'm sure i'd only be seeing them on visitors day by now. good luck to all you lads who are still hunting
