as promised got these photo's from mates site. fox in centre box until dog gets to grill and gives voice, then 3 grills lifted & fox can go anywhere, (set up like a figure of 8 with box in each corner),after this the first grill is lifted and dog is released, dog has to find fox and give voice for 20 mins or take hold, if he takes hold trial ends and dog is removed, over the border in Russia its badger trails pretty simular but more vodka

you're right on all counts waidman, he's coming on ok but only 6 months so time will tell;we're not allowed to dock at all here, strange at first but you get used to it and at least its a straight tail and not squirel.Just got some ratting permission so that'll start him off till he gets old enough for the big stuff and he's seen a few digs and was keen enough but that stuff is way in his future yet.Weird that we can't dock but trialing a dog on foxes is allowed!! Went to a few trials last summer and lads asked if we did trialing in uk and had to tell them only if we like porridge! I'll put a
