As most of you know, look on any topic, particularly controversial ones like the countryfile, you will see a massive amount of guests. Surely it would be a good idea to prevent this from happening as antis will, obviously, cause a lot of hassle and agro on a pro hunting site, and a number of other forums have a setting enabled that makes it so you have to register to be able to view anything other than the list of different subforums. I'm afraid I don't have a lot more info than this and the links, I'm just trying to spread the word and hopefully attempt to stop this happening as although I'm not in the area affected, in my opinion it was worth my time to try and get some more signatures. Sorry.

This is the only actual green belt in the whole of Wales, now that alone means something, and the other important aspect of it is that it stops the two cities merging! Have a look at the Google Maps view of the area! And I was expecting more support and signatures coming from a site of over 16k members all of which understand the importance of the natural world..

I just thought it would be a good idea to bring the following petition to your attention, guys. It is the only Green Belt in Wales and separates two cities, Newport and Cardiff, from merging, as you can see: Google Maps view of the area. So, this cause is more than worthy of a few minutes your time, and although internet petitions often come to nothing, given the chance we may be able to save this important piece of land from the proposed development. Then get the council round to the next door neighbours and explain what your doing to the person with the camera...and although not illegal, don't shoot out of an upstairs window because if the pellet hits a rock or paving stone it will leave your boundary thus being illegal, plus it looks VERY dodgy.

Hi, due to the the extensive and extremely infuriating business of choosing a torch to mount on my rifle, the impending possibility of me finally cracking has got to the point where I have decided to call upon the brilliance that is the THL's combined intellect. I am not able to afford a proper designated gun-mounted lamp at the best of times, and certainly not now. So I am looking for something powerful enough to go up to fifty, sixty yards comfortably and can be mounted. As stated, at the legal power they are good out to a max of 45 yards in good conditions but more 30/35 yards. However they are only as good as the shooter and to get a humane kill you have to be able to consistently hit the killzone (a one inch circle - about the size of a ten pence coin.

It really does sound like he is harassing you. Admittedly I doubt the police would actually do much, but unless you're unlucky and come against an anti shooting copper you ought to be able to at least get one to 'pop round and say hello' and give him a quick tut, especially if he has any form of firearm himself, although I really doubt he does by the sounds of things. And regarding the landowner it might be a good idea, providing that you have a contact number, to give him a call either to ask his opinion as the landowner or to notify him that that guy is giving you shit and you're going t
