    my mate had one and had bad problems with the stock flexing, the worst was when he went to south africa on a safari with it and where he was on the back of the truck and the sun shining on the one side of the stock the plastic went very flexable like kind of melted and was touching the barrel down the one side and was throwing his shots well off, it almost ruined his trip but was rescued because he could use the guides gun. he now has a remimgton 700 and has no problems with the stock flexing at all.

    you dont need photos for a variation and the fee is £26 and it could be a week or months you never know, last time i put a variation it took just over a month.

    you should have no problem getting your fac i had a .223 and .22 granted 2months after my 17th birthday but i did have the mentoring condition.

    i dont know what force you are with jazz_11 but if it is gwent then they put vermin control not fox as a condition, my fac says something like 22+223 and sound moderators and ammo shall be used for VERMIN CONTROL, my fao tryed to push me away from a 223 and just have a 22 he said that is all you need for foxes but i was having none of it. I was also 17 when granted my certificate and i am 18 now i am the only person in my family who shoots so i didnt have much going for me but i was a member of a rifle club for a year before that and i had done a lot of shooting in the past but i had the l

    i shot a rabbit the other day at about 15 yards and it was sat crouching in the grass looking at me and the bullet hit it between the eyes came out the back of its head and i found the bullet sat just under the skin on its back by its back legs, perfictaly mushroomed and i was using eley subs.

    ive just come in now seen 3 foxes i let my mate shoot and he shot 1 and missed 1 and lots and lots of rabbits about, but when it starts to snow its so hard to see anything as the snow flakes reflect the light back at you and blinds you.

    fox with an air gun is a big no no and you will need an fac if you want it more than 12ft pound.

    the one thing i dont like is when you click on a link that has been added to veiw youtube or another website it doesnt open in a new window so when you close it down it closes the hunting life down, so you got to start all over again.

    pencoed hunter there is wild boar in the forest of dean there is a newspaer my little brother delivers and they are in there all the time, it is called the wye valley review i think. I also go beating on a shoot that is east to the forest of dean and last year a wild boar bolted from a thick patch of brambles and it was about 3 to 3 1/2foot to the shoulder it almost knocked a beater over, that was the second sighting on that farm the previous sighting was 2 years before and there was sighns of them rooting up the fields.     down my way there is Whiting and cod being caught, the best fishing is redwick at the moment.

    the trigger on the s400 is much better than the s200, i had the s200 and could not shoot it well but then i swapped it for an s410 and the trigger was so much better and i shot better because of it. keep the s400 you will grow into it soon dont worry.

    im using h335 powder and the max load for 55gr bullet is 25.3gr and a 50gr bullet is 26gr, i can use any load from 23.4 grain to 25.3 gr and it will group .5 of an inch at 100 yards through my tikka t3, i think it will do better than this as i am just throwing my charges and not measuring them one by one and the o.a.l is 2.240"-2.243". good luck with your loads.
