Look just for balance I will stick a very uneducated hand in the air and say that you are talking about 2 completely different types of dogs with completely different mindsets. Same as you can't treat a terrier the same as a saluki (IMHO) I would think bringing on greyhounds or running dogs is a different skill set to bringing on a sporting dog.......both skilled, but different maybe?

Don't feel guilty mate, you can only order what's on the menu and if you don't like it then you don't like it.....simple as that. It's all broken......why waste your time. I have to say, the UKIP councillor in my old area has done some real good stuff, not least sacking the big firm the council had running the council (??figure that!!) which seemed hell bent on robbing every poor c**t for every last penny. So fair play to him for that!

An ugly c**t like you managed to land Mrs Mik so miricles do happen !

This is what I can't figure, why by spiteful about people who have a belief ?........you don't really hear those people being spiteful about people that don't do you ? I mean, I don't go round starting a thread entitled "boring closed minded c**ts who are just waiting for the worms" do I ?........or "people who believe in God are pricks but I'm off to the betting shop cause I'm a f***ing retard".......... Makes you think don't it.........or not, as the case may be

It makes for interesting reading from all you lads who it seems to me have a very decent knowledge in your various fields of experience. Good thread chaps

You forgot that he also has a better right hook than his old fella

I kept away because it held no interest, I just glanced at it this morning out of curiosity and saw that you were running at the chops again like a schoolgirl. However, you are correct in as much as everyone is guilty of it from time to time......that's life. The sun will still rise in the morning and set in the evening so none of it makes a blind but of difference to anyone's life does it

Let me make this really simple for you........ If you talk sense like on that thread where we discussed crops and organic food then I will agree with you. If you talk bollocks like on your football thread I won't agree with you. If you carry on like an old woman like with your various "enquirer" threads then I will say you are an old woman because you sound like two old girls outside the post office on pension day ! When it comes to not having the courage to respond to something in a positive way just because you may have had disagreements about most other threads then I reckon

Well, as I have got older I have realised that I'm an expert on not being an expert......so the question is, should I be replying to this or not ? Haha

Those snobby new money types drive me mate, it's funny but some of the classiest chaps I ever met came from areas like yours and mine and had absolutely f**k all as kids......those chaps could sit in the best places and talk with paupers or kings and be as comfortable either way. One year they may have a nice roller parked outside some west end place and another they was eating beans on toast after getting back from "holiday" People could learn a thing or two about life from men like that...........they didn't give a f**k about the bells and whistles, being a proper chap to whoever you me

You sound like you hold a genuine affection for the place still mate and I like that. I understand it too even though I may not share it for the place in general. Sadly over the last years I only ever seen to be back amongst my own people at funerals or court hearings, lots of the old boys are sadly no longer with us. It's funny but I even feel different when I am in that sort of company, it's a million miles removed from my ordinary little life......and you smile and laugh about things that lots of people would find extraordinary and remember some great old characters from when I was a

As I said mate, the place holds no nostalgia for me......moving away was the best thing that could have happened for me. I have no doubt I would be living a very different life to the one I now enjoy, sometimes you have to break the cycle. You can't change who and what you are but its nice not to HAVE to be that if you get my drift.
-
It's nice when you get to interact with your own Gnasher, sadly they get fewer and further between as the years go on mate.
-
It was lovely when we moved to Essex at the time, little small town still pretty old fashioned, families that had been there forever (including my mums).......different world. I used to go back and visit my old area a fair bit but after a few years I stopped going, now as an adult and having earned my living in and around London I hold no enthusiasm for it at all.......my area and my people are gone .

No need mate, surrounded by good fishing......The Moy is only 20 minutes away and the Atlantic coast 45 minutes. I am going to do a decent size pond on my other land but that will be for reared and wild ducks.
-
I use to work down East Lane market over near the elephant and I can honestly say hand on heart........it's the shithouse of all shithouses !! Lol
-
I have bred or reared rabbit, lamb, pork, goat, chicken and goose......just got turkeys in the baker waiting to hatch. Need to get a bit of fishing in now and shellfish collecting and the jobs a good un;)

I wholeheartedly agree mate, I have made the decision on the farm to keep chemical dosing to an absolute minimum. And I dont use any chemicals on the veg, I just let nature take its course. The next couple of weeks will see my first harvest of mutton and pork, along with the poultry that should see me not have to buy any meat again......it will be all home reared.
-
I agree mate, that definitely can't help.....also round my old area they never left headlands, it was all farmed right to the edge of the fields.
-
Do you think there are better numbers in the big tillage areas?........maybe not so many in areas devoted to cattle and pasture ? Just wondering if it makes a difference?
-
There used to be a cinema at a place called Well Hall mate, anyone who has ever been there will tell you it was a VERY interesting experience........it was like paying five quid to go and fight complete strangers in the dark ! Lol lol
-
Mate, it's always been the same as long as I remember.......we used to go down Lewisham on a Saturday when we were kids. It was the time of all the casuals Fila, Sergio all that stuff.......the fuckers were nicking kids clothes off their back down alley ways at knife point. They used to tap on the window if you was parked in your car and ask yo to move aside so they could get a look at the stereo to see if it was worth smashing the window, stabbing you and nicking it ! You know well yourself how it is/was wilf you should take a drive down catford sometime when you come back to england, a

It's a €5000 fine here, so for €30 I had mine chipped and that's me done.

I could be wrong boys, but I think I'd be making sure
