I’ll have you know he was 4 and a half if he was a day !

We won’t even go there !! Right, true story, when I was a kid (8 or 9) a black kid asked a girl I used to walk to school with for her bar of chocolate......well he didn’t ask, he just said “give to me!” And when she said no he spat in her face. So I set about him, it was the first time I ever discovered them c**ts are like apes......I remember I had to repeatedly smash his head against a brick wall before he would go down for good.......it sort of stuck with me all these years how hard his f***ing canister was. Anyway, I get pulled off the lad and the teacher is going mental and

Not at all mate, you haven’t come over like that at all......I think your view is a pretty common view amongst lads
-
I have to say, and I mean this in the politest way possible, I don’t really agree with any of that mate. People don’t want to get in a fight not because they are scared of getting hit but because they are normal........normal people don’t want to do violence to other people. Someone who doesn’t want to have a row isn’t a coward, they just are not that way inclined......they are, again, what I would class as normal. In my experience 95% of the people I have ever encountered who are ready to become aggressive quickly over the slightest issue dont know what REAL violence is. I

Fair enough mate, it was only the way I viewed it which as we all know, don’t actually make it the case

f**k me, not Cheggars......that’s a bit of a gutter that one.

I hear you matey and I think, looking at a lot of posts, a few lads here have real experience of the darker side of things and how cruel life can be. And I totally understand the “why is she making a f***ing video” reaction. But if you stop for a moment and look at things with kinder eyes, not everyone has those type of life experiences.......they know nothing of the world where you go round and put someone in intensive care. So, this may be her way of fighting back because whatever else it certainly is a powerful clip and one that choked me and I’m sure a few other lads here.

Anything like this for a parent should be a “take a deep breath” moment. I think all of our initial reactions are to go vigilante about these things but I have learned nearly everything in life warrants counting to 10. Like me, your upbringing and circumstances may have been very different to how you have raised your kids and the world you have allowed them to experience......so you really want to bring that into their life by falling back into your former life? In my case it would almost always be a “No” Theres almost always another way........and if there isn’t, well then

I had a sit down with my boys teacher in a nice relaxed and proffesional manner. I calmly told him that we had been going round the houses with this for a while, which he obviously knew as I am a big believer in Home/school partnership and we had been talking about it for weeks, and that if he didn’t get it sorted properly I was going to tell my boy to beat the kid into a coma with a chair !! I though he was going to pass out!!......they obviously don’t hear too many south London solutions to problems in rural ireland. I decided I didn’t want that either after some more consider

Harsh mate, very harsh.......some little lads just have not got it in them, kids are all born innocent. The most hurtful thing is seeing a kid with no nastiness in them having to become something they are not to deal with some other kid who’s parents have turned them into a horrible little c**t. My little lad went through something a little while back, now my boy has boxed and competed at Ju Jitsu And is in pretty good physical shape due to his football etc and would break most kids in half if he took a mind to. He is a strong lad, but he is a loving and gentle lad and don’t lik

I think that reporter has a point, I do think there was a certain amount of grandstanding by Varadkar. Seeing him stood up there with Junker or whoever it was was as cringeworthy as when Blair used to stand next to Bush on those podiums looking like a pet dog. And I definitely think there was more than a little bit of “giving the UK one in the eye” for old times sake.

I genuinely pity that poor lad......see, some kids get a war hero dad, a square jawed fighting machine who strolls across the battlefield paying no heed to his own safety, destroying enemies in his wake......a man revered and admired by his peers.......... That poor lad however get the military equivalent of Gemma Collins as a pop!.......thank f**k he has me as a role model is all I can say !

Joking aside I have some experience of this in so much as my wife has a very similar situation. I have watched her make an effort only to be let down time and time again over the years but it’s her dad and so I let her crack on and just support her when it inevitably leads to a kick in the teeth. So, from my experience I can say this, the bloke knew he had a son......and he makes no effort at all in 25 years to see that son, that my friends has all the hallmarks of a f***ing immature prick! Wild horses wouldn’t stop me seeing a child of mine so you have to ask yourself, if it wa

Reality of global warming for apex predator

Shut up before I have to kill you ! -
Fair post Voon, I will take your latter point first from a total novice outsiders point of view (I’m sure John will have a very different and more informed opinion ).........CAP is a crock !......plain and simple. It subsidises food so that the portion of income that SHOULD be spent in food gets spent with the likes of Apple and in credit because they have decided your car is out of date.....indirectly the likes of Morgan Stanley benefit from all this debt and guess who pays for politicians campaigns?........well, I’ll let you figure that. Farming is no different from any other

Yep, gay Leo has solved Ireland’s historical troubles http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-42285433

I genuinely think it’s more simple than that mate, almost to a man none of them want to leave this massive and very lucrative club for people just like themselves and they have found the way to f**k over the electorate........no more, no less. Looks like good old Blighty is surrounded by enemies........but in the words of the famous American Dick Winters “We are paratroopers son, we are meant to be surrounded”
-
That’s true mate, very, very true. Edited to add: We will see how much Varadkar solved next marching season don’t you think ?
-
Now most of that we can agree on mate, however I think if the magical day ever came when we could make them pay the price then we shouldn’t forget or leave anyone out.
-
Calm down with the theatricals mate, they just built the biggest container port in Europe where I used to live.....it’s 650 acres. That was investment from and Arab country. Ireland is first stop on route from America and you have what?......2 ancient ports and zero on the west coast which is first stop. The UK has Thames Gateway, Tilbury, Southampton, Dover, Felixstowe And 85 others.......don’t tell me what we are and what we ain’t . Today we are f****d, that may well be the case in 5 years time too......but it won’t be forever.
-
Laid low mate.........it f***ing breaks me to see it like that. Still, every dog has its day.......today it’s the EU dictatorship........one day, who knows? At this moment in time, I’m pretty bitter about it and I hope that if our day comes we wreak terrible vengeance on the playground gang.........at this second in time I really wouldn’t care what that entailed. Will that day ever come?.....probably not in my lifetime.

I wonder where the next British Or German Hitler is coming from to finally break this monopoly, to smash these shackles ? And I wonder who the scapegoats will be this time?
-
Fair points matey. I think if folk stop to think, then f***ing the UK over on this vote will be bad for everyone.......because when democracy becomes a nonsense and they are blatantly stitching people up then what do the great unwashed have left? If the UK is done over not only will the people of the UK see it but the Germans will see it and the Polish and to some extent (dare I say it) even the French......the extreme right will rise and attitudes will harden much further. Then everyone pays the price.......and it will be a debt they indeed owe. jmho

Embarrassing isn’t it John.
