I’ll repeat, we were obligated to give nothing......exactly nothing !! I have to ask myself why are the UK now saying they will hand over 50 BILLION quid.......that’s 50 BILLION like it’s pocket change ! Everyone does a lot of business, the tax revenue the EU and the future independent UK do/will get from that business is gargantuan......so I have to ask myself, why are we even having the conversation ? Theres an angle I can’t clearly see yet but I’ll bet my bollocks it involves making yet another excuse to rob every poor c**t blind !!

The EU isn’t in a shit state, Ireland isn’t in a shit state......its the UK that’s in a shit state really if truth be told. They are all living off money that don’t exist........except the EU has 500 million people’s life to mortgage and the UK only has 70 million. All this “seamless” travel around the EU is bollocks anyway. i have to go through immigration/ border control when I fly to other European countries.......I have been stopped by customs at Calais on my way back from clearing a job in Munich in the lorries. As I said about 10 posts back.........teenage girl stuff all this !

Swerving off topic a bit here mate, but I think it’s totally out of order to say sections of the north don’t see themselves as Irish.....they are Irish and British because like it or not the island of Ireland is part of the British isles geographically speaking.....that’s just a fact. They are every bit as Irish as anyone else. Just their little section of the island is part of the UK. anyway, as I said, that’s another conversation.

I’m pretty sure Cameroon and downtown Lagos have vastly different rules than the EU......but the kit still went there no problem just like if I had sold it to a bloke round the corner. A sea border with who ? ..........

Now boys, I have sold kit to Cameroon, Kenya, Nigeria and a few other non EU places......I put it in a container and off it went, end of story including the “make it up as you go along” import tariffs from the African customs blokes on the quayside !!! Thata exactly how hard it is to do business ! now, as far as border controls go......why do we need them on the island of ireland again?......last time I looked, everyone was Irish ! evweything else can get checked at POE ports in the UK thanks very much, problem solved, that will be 200 million Euros please Donald Trusk.

I’m sorry but again, I just don’t see a problem. If somebody phones me up tomorrow and says there is a load of kit to be bought and cleared in Boston, Botswana or Bognor Regis I am going to put myself and my people on a plane, go and get it and ship it anywhere I want to in the world if there is a profit In it.......period ! it really is as simple as that.

Mate, if this is the game we are playing then I’ll say this, we all saw for ourself what a massive power Ireland was when they voted “No” in the Lisburn Treaty (or whatever the f**k they were calling it then) and were promptly told to shut the f**k up and vote again, this time the way they were instructed. Brilliant display and one I’m sure everyone will be spouting off proudly about for the next 900 years

John, do you really beleive any of that “this could happen, that could happen” type news any more mate? Brits like me see it for what it is, bullshit. When I jump off at little Knock airport I have to show my passport, when I get on a ferry I have to show my paperwork......I mean come on, it not a massive leap to do a couple of checks. Folk are talking like it’s going to be machine gun towers and barbed wire......just shut up and make it work. The mainland ports are going to be easy to Police, it’d Varadkar wants to allow people in willy nilly and it’s going to effect his countries trade with the UK that is really a conversation he should be having with his masters in brussells not with the UK.

Brexit was indeed a massive topic of conversation mate but it's all died off now as folk take more of an interest in just cracking on. Do you think people want a return to the former unpleasantness ?.......I don’t, I don’t think there is any flavour for that at all. The gun and Irish politics won’t be easy bedmates ever again......people have moved on. As I said, I wasn’t being a prick but tell the truth mate......the whole country is helping itself to farm payments of some description right, left and centre so in that respect I am spot on and you know it. I have been travelling to Ireland since 1994, I used to get the boat to Dun Logaire and drive up to Bangor. I can honestly say I drove across that border loads of time and never got stopped or even seen any security once. People used to pop across and do their shopping and had been doing that for years. Why all of a sudden are folk talking like it going to be the Berlin f***ing wall?......it isn’t , it’s bullshit......if will be a lame excuse to f**k the people of the UK out of full Brexit and I make the DUP totally right saying they will pull the plug on voting with the Tory’s

The other thing that makes me laugh is this border business between Northern Ireland and the republic......everyone talking like it’s a massive deal ! f**k sake, there has been a common travel area between the UK and Ireland for the last 98 YEARS !!!
