Fukushima was the same catergory disaster as Chernobyl......there’s only ever been 2 of that catergory, Chernobyl and Fukushima !!! The reactors melted down at Fukashima, it was every bit as bad as Chernobyl but they don’t want to shout too loudly about that for some reason ? Clean energy anyone ?

It’s been a great watch, and greater still is the fact that it debunks this myth that nuclear is “clean energy”.........once upon a lifetime ago I had a try at a proper job for a couple of years when I was a kid and worked with radiation. You obviously have to get taught all about it, the dangers, the effects, how it works etc etc........let me tell you, it’s terrible! Makes me laugh when you see all these eco warriors talking about “clean nuclear energy”.........it’s the most deadly thing on earth and it stays deadly for thousands and thousands of years.

I don’t if you are trying on purpose to pick an argument mate as the written word can get easily mistaken but you won’t get one here in any case. Let me try and be clear, I’m not saying things are right......even blokes who are horrible c**ts for a living will tell you exactly what they are, they won’t try and dress up what they do as saving the world.......they will say “I’m an horrible b*****d and I do horrible things for money” I don’t know how else to say it mate?

Something I always find funny is this weird fascination that some people seem to have with villains and villainy, I have a mate like it......soft as shite and wouldn’t say boo to a goose but loves all that lark and what surrounds it. I don’t think anyone will ever know that mate but I suppose the kindest thing is to assume he was. I remember the day well as I happened literally a stones throw from my yard at the time and it was obviously a big deal with police and the area cordoned off etc. Violent men who come from a world of other violent men react violently in violent situations.......in every other regard they may as good a bloke as you could wish to meet. Thats the bit most people have a hard time getting their head around.

One instance in a work life of being a grade A c**t imho I’m afraid mate. Mostly his day will be made up of bullying some poor b*****d that missed a council tax payment or couldn’t afford to pay a parking ticket......this week he saved the plumber, next week he will be taking his kids computer because the plumber got paid late and missed a couple of payments on something. As Gnasher said to me yesterday on a different thread, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Agreed mate, I have watched a couple and that was enough for me......it just made me angry. People like traffic wardens and bailiffs are (imho) the lowest of the low. Rough blokes who deal with other rough blokes who are similar to them is one thing, no problem with that at all........but them horrible c**ts are just bullying innocent, straight runners who have hit hard times and making their life worse 95% of the time. Where I live there are no parking charges or any restrictions in the whole county......and it works ! Parking in the UK is now pure and simple a revenue raiser and I see no reason to condone it or help the dirty b*****ds rinse some poor f****r for even more money they can’t afford to hand over. It plays to a horrible little small minded mentality that frankly the country should free itself from.

You have to ask yourself how did, what is to all attempts and purposes, the worlds first ever nation state come to this?.......and how can people vote to keep doing it to themselves ? I suppose another thing is that it’s what you are exposed to growing up......it’s amazing what you can get used to. I was driving through London the other week with my little lad, down Whitechapel then following city road etc......the boy says “This don’t feel nice Dad, feels like you have to be worried”.......and I suppose in a way, he is right !......it’s just for an old bloke like me, when you have spent your whole life in a place, it comes to a point that you dont even notice the shit. Ahh, fair enough mate......In that case I will say I feel pretty unwelcome and strange walking down Whitechapel ! Dont know if that makes it a no go zone but I definitely don’t feel like I belong and I wouldn’t want my daughters walking down there alone.
