It isnt is the short answer mate....... My point was really that if there are lads cutting about saying we should be worried about vaccine because the government don’t have your best interest at heart and is altering the National DNA then I’m saying “Yeah.....I know, been talking about it for 40 years” They are literally putting adverts on the telly advertising the fact......no secret conspiracy or any of that, full blown in your face f**k you. My brother in law (age 50) isnt having his jab apparently ?........ I’m in no way an “anti vaxxer” but I do have experience in how vaccines can effect people in Potentially different ways. All my oldest kids had single vaccines when they were little as there was concern about MMR, so I paid privately and that’s what they had. When my youngest was born they had run out of one of the single vaccines in the U.K. so full protection feom single vaccines wasn’t an option......after chasing round the country there just wasn’t any so the choice was: Not fully vaccinate my littlest or take a chance on MMR. I think you have to think about stuff in terms you can understand mate. I don’t know what your level of formal education is but I have precisely none ! So, as interesting as how these things work is (and they are) I think if the seeking of information is to help on decisions of wether to have the vaccine or not then it has to be something lads like me can understand. Packed up smoking 3 years ago. Put on a belly now but I have not kicked a ball in 15 months. Prior to that I was playing twice a week. Add to the mix I enjoy cooking and eating and have been sat round on my arse for wayyyy too long then it’s all a bad combination. Still, just found a vets team and will start playing again so that will motivate me to sort a bit of the rest out.
