    Florence Court was the place to be last Sunday 26th May at the Annual Dog Show and Race Day as part of the Florence Court Country Fair. The venue was excellent , and was a very welcoming family day out in the beautiful surroundings of this 18th-century property, and the former home of the Earls of Enniskillen.     Yes and has the marks to prove it, All our Whippets are working Whippets. Silver is a vetern of 7years old, has had one litter of 8 pups all sold in Northern Ireland, and hunting. If you dont beleive me they are working dogs ring the vets in Portadown, and ask how many times he has stitched her and the rest of them. She is not the best hunter of all 6 as she is getting older now.. Sandy is the the best. When she starts she finishes. She means business. She has left me and John with stitches, never mind herself. Goldie would be second best.and Sasha is fast. The young whippets are good learne

    Minium of 6 or 7, I would probably say 7 in the middle to give all dogs across the board a chance. Agree Albert, age doesent matter with our loyal Canine breeds. Some go on to 14,15 or more.

    Saturday 8th June 2013 North Down Lurcher and Terrier Club are running their show at Movilla Road, Newtownards, Co Down on Saturday 8th June 2013. The show will start at 11.00 am and will be a qualifer for the Master Mc Grath at Shanes Castle and the 5 Nations at Birr Castle. All proceeds from the show will go to " The Support of Children with Autism " This show will be run under NILRC rules ( Full details Later ) Some lovely Trophy at this show.     Up Dated List of Dog Shows at 28th May 13 Saturday 1st June 2013 Fiona Devlins Dog Show At Annaghmore Raceway (Trotting Track) Co Armagh The Northern Ireland Sporting Dog Club are holding their Dog Show and Racing on Saturday the 1st June 2013,at Annaghmore Raceway (Trotting Track ).     Well recognised by Ireland's Country Sports Community as a great event for Irish Country Sports, the National Countrysports Fair at Moira is widely acclaimed for the quality of its stands, their displays and demonstrations, and indeed lived up very much to their name again this year. From 10 O Clock Saturday morning the crowds rolled up in force both for the Game Fair, Dog Show and Simulated Racing. Tracy x No Tracy, the veterns have been shown in vetern classes at 6 years and 7 years in the Lurcher, Terrier and Whippet world.
