  1. If a bloke had a staff that i had seen working as well as what i read about 'mushrooms' id have no problems having it on the shoot. Plus it has a certain novelty factor that i find quite appealing
  2. Cheers for the info. Il probably order the 11 and il just change them if theyre too small.
  3. Pretty much all 4x4s will cost alot to insure. Believe iv spent alot insuring them. Iv just turned 22 and out of the 8 cars iv had 4 of them were 4x4s. Iv had a landy 90 and 3 fourtraks. Fourtraks are the cheapest to insure iv found so far. Well the cheapest decent truck anyway. Jimnys and vitaras are alot for young drivers despite what the older amongst us may say Also may want to do some more research because i know vans used to be a cheap option to insure but theyre not really these days for young people. Obviously people may dsagree, its just my findings. But being a mechanic doesnt hel
  4. On mine they get £15, food and drinks through out the day, and i buy the first round in the pub. Not much by what everyone else is paying, but theyre all local lads and they do it (a). because they enjoy it and ( Because theyre my mates and like to help out. Infact theres some who refuse money and say keep it for next years birds. Cant get better than that

  9. Well i have been using Sipes, usually 32g 6s and find them pretty good. Just wondered if it was worth trying the black golds. Seems most people rate them.
  10. Like it says above really. Mates got a big lot of these in 30g 6s, wondering if anyones got any experience of them before i buy a few. cheers
  11. Keep this as a good discussion of training techniques and it could be a good thread. Iv recently got my first what i would call proper proper gun dog (shes 16 weeks now) and i like to hear different methods of doing stuff for future ref.
  12. hi i also have used them they are good 32g 6s are good to I second this. My main cartridge really.
  13. Not an expert, but id say yeah let her chew things. They will chew furniture less if theyre worn out or kept occupied obviously. And giving it proper chew toys should stop it chewing stuff you dont want it to. My 12 week old cocker is the same at the moment. And on the carrying side of things, im happy for mine to carry stuff around as later on you can just instil the fact that the stuff has to be carried back to you. ATB with your pup
  14. You upload your pictures to photobucket then transfer them over onto here.
  15. My benelli has never jammed Nor my beretta
  16. Your cartridges are absolutely fine. But i tend to use 28g 7.5's because theyre cheaper and i find them perfectly good for general pest contol.
  17. Its not a big job at all really. Get under it and have a look then you'll see what theyre like.
  18. You know what they say about assumption He's trying to help you out mate. And personally i do agree with most thats been said. He might be taking it deep but to be fair the reason why your dog did that is obvious isnt it really. Just got to use your head.
