    Just buy any whippet don't listen to the drool about needing sam or strike bla bla bla you could buy a decent show bred that will work as well as the so called " working whippet" half of what u read is complete fiction anyway I think 99 per cent of whippets have it . It's just down to the trainer owner to get the best out of them

    Funniest part is they are just fun shows and some folk pay a pound win say champion lurcher terrier or whatever at say Welsh game fair then call there dogs champions lol I don't understand working shows to be honest but again they are just a bit of fun but folk do take it serious and put extra pound notes when breeding a litter and advertising them as champion sired/ dam'd which in fact is fiction. If folk are competitive about showing they should enter kc shows at least they can be recognised champions. Just my opinion lads can't be arsed with showing myself
