i was given some ivomec classic pour on yesterday but i have been a bit unsure if to dose the chickens with it or not as they are layers ...what is the story with this stuff ...i,e how long till i can eat the eggs again and what is the dosage per hen ,,cheers

i have just been given 4 hens and one of them is wheezing like a 60 a day smoker,,i wanted to ring it,s neck to ensure the safety of my other birds but the lad i got it from swears blind it has always made that noise since it was a chick and it is now 2 years old and never infected any other birds ...it shows no problems health wise ,,,anyone got any ideas what is causing this ...cheers

you still do not want to be paying anymore than 7 pounds a 20 kg bag mate even from the local animal suppliers ,,,i looked the other day and my local was 6,50 for layers pellet and 5, for mix corn just buying one bag at a time ....you need to have a look around ,,,all the best,,

i was getting 20 kg for £5.50 a bag in bulk ,,good stuff from a company called bearts,,,but it has went up to 6 quid a bag and the seller says to get used to it as all animal feeds are going to get costly in the next few weeks and months so looks like am going to put in a bulk buy order and store up on it ,,,

Why is the Union flag not displayed in your avatar rather than the Saltire?
