Me too kept coming to the door infact 6 times in one week with claims id left dogs alone for a week which is funny cos she caught me in everytime.all happened in the same week give her the due that she did say the animals where in fine fettle and all was well but still.My dads rescue is also sick of picking up the pieces of their mess too

Cunning plan mate lol.I am lucky i get a 25% discount and no questions asked either so its not too bad i can go to the pdsa but choose not to cos i have not been very impressed with them off late.Insurance is all very well i want mine insured but not as easy for some with the credit crunch etc and they dont always pay out either and you still; have to lay out initially anyways.I had it for a lurcher of mine and idea was they pay vet direct hence i was paying more for that policy only to be told by every vet in the area they dont deal direct as some times they dont get paid or have to wait mont

I pay £6 at my vets for advocate granted i buy 3 at a time but even so think theyre taking the mick mate id change vets.For prevention of lugworm in the future program plus is non prescription costs about £5 ish one pill no fuss not good for clearing it but good at stopping it beforehand and prevents fleas too

One way trip to the vets for any dog here that bites or attacks a kid end of story cos i could never live with the outcome if you didnt.Parents need to be educated too though i came out from the local shop one day to find a young boy 2 or 3 years old sticking his finger in my dogs eye and up his nose I raised my voice a bit and said you best be careful or you will end up getting badly bitten or killed laddie.Women behind me pipes up Ive told him hunners o times no tae annoy the dogs an that turns out she the dozy bint was his mum and had been standing watching him do it .My kids feet would

Hes useless at laying anything mate No i shall do it myself then i know its done properly got the tools for the job anyway.I wont have to put up with a nasty smell either

If i had a stable block they would be in it by now lol.Carpets going New ones sitting in storage for when the pups leave then i will lay it.Doesnt seem much point at the minute.Theyre 5 weeks just another few weeks and theyre ready to go.Just as well cos im nearly ready for my white jacket and rubber room now.Mums getting a little annoyed with them as well now not so fussy over them as she was.

Skinners duck and rice is a good food for dry skin in dogs i have used it for a year now easy and dogs thrive on it helps keep a steady weight on them and isnt that dear about £23.99 for 15 kg some places it a bit cheaper others a bit more pricey. -
Parvo smells like copper type of smell if its that then gauranteed parvo.If not then i may be a bad gut infection or colitis.Fingers crossed for you that its not parvo most dogs pull through just fine if caught early and no long lasting effects.Id keep it isolated and warm make sure its taking fluids in and eating at least.

Witch hazel and a steptic pencil or stick come in handy for this sort of thing as does wound powder seems to help anyway.If not have you tried paper stitches the steri strip things?

Poor hound why couldnt they have phoned a rescue handed it in to a local copshop as a stray or even dispatched it humanely no need for this thats just sick.I too have had dogs here that owners paid silly money for and once it does something wrong its gone.My dad got given £100 to take a dane away a dog he still has because he ate a tv remote lol.They paid god knows how much for the dog in the first place and it would have been a lot less to replace the remote.Dogs nowadays for a lot are just a toy of sorts.Yes there are people who fiddle with kids and kill kids and what not but then usually t

Some are some are not a lot of it has to do what you teach the dog.I got my little bitch at 8 months old and from the start she was excellent still is puts up with anything other peoples kids throw at her.My kids arent allowed to terrorise the dog and know not to do it.Then again ive seen and heard what happens when a not so good bull x turns and its nasty especially with a kid.I wouldnt trust any dog 100% and im lucky i dont leave my kids and the dogs alone cos the hounds follow me around the house anyway.I have to say the ones ive had through rescue and the one i have now have been brilliant

I bought a collar for my bitch as she kept snapping leather greyhound ones.Cant fault this guy hes a genius she hasnt managed to damage it at all.I really like them i am intent when i get another lurcher on hetting one for it too

Lol i was going to suggest to him days of the week but my dad doesnt like that idea so names it is.Must be mad but if you met the guy alone that we spoke to about the dog and the convo we had i couldnt not take her the sspca could take the pups but didnt have space for mum as well lmao.The we have had various calls from other rescues who can take the pups cos they got people looking.So they were told well pass on my details then cos they aint moving shes had enough uproar the last little while.She was going bananas in the vets wanting to eat every other animal in there especially the dog off l

and i couldnt get a pic of the little black bitch cos she was feeding everytime i tried to get hold of her lol.Theyre doing well as is mum once she gets over her wounds and her scabby ear.Cleaned it out today and gave her the drops from vets and it was horrible its a bite wound in the ear that they left to go septic and her ear was full of gunk and pus.Still got a bit of a dodgy gut but shes got pro kolin for that so fingers crossed and if not then back to the vets which stresses her out Shes put on a little weight and she really is a stunning dog very well behaved and obedient
