Got a massive tank ages ago and got a few differant types in there.Got asked the other day if i could help with 2 pangasius and that they were back had been crammed in a tiny tank tank broke and they got hurt.I knew they were big but theyre 20 inches One has a nasty wound on its nose its healing well but its going to have a bit missing forever now and a few scuffs but healthy enough didnt know these type of fish could get that big and seemingly they eat them in asia and vietnam :sick: they eat loads lol and mt two 6 inch tinfoil barbs are kinda wary and the cocky Knifefish that bullies ever

Hes getting better and hes a great dog in every other way thats the point hes good with the kids good in the house and great recall and hes a big nutter but hes fun with it and its only when hes on the lead and they dive up to him he takes it as agression and reacts.I understand it with him and certainly many dogs with a little patience can be changed

Flints been an amazing dog considering the state she arrived in ffs never met kids or ctas and took to both instantly.If something is an isnt she wont touch it even the pet rabbits the kids have lmao she was really keen when the guinea pig screeched but even used to let my budgie land on her and shed give it a lift round the house lmao.Shes just one of thos dogs Storm well No chance doesnt mind the cats or the rabbits really but a bird and the terrier would nail everything bar my cats.Shes killed hamsters Flint did too but flints a very keen mouse hunter She cant resist them for some reason th

I get it all the time and admiteddly it really annoys me trying to wrestle a 40 kg bull x and a 28 kg bull x cos they hit back and its not pleasant.I tell the owners thats the bit i dont get i tell them to keep their dogs back cos the males not so keen on strange dogs and throws them in the opposite direction if they run in at him.Flints dominant but patient with it but we all know when you walk more than one dog and one gets hyped it they can all start its one of the reasons the terrier gets taken out seperate cos she can start in an empty room and the long legs back her up to the death

Seen dogs dragged of recues in the past and destroyed that dont look remotely pit like thres no percentages involved they just have to be in the eyes of the law type as in pit looking type or such.Its crap cos they dont even dna test cos theres no true accurate test apparently ive seen these done and the results and fell of ma seat laughing at it cos it was not even close

Never wanted a bull cross didnt really like them to be honest till i rescued Flint then i changed my mind.Shes not big shes not offensive really but shes got the heart of a lion and the capacity to back it up.I then aqquired Storm of a very good friend and by feck has he taught me a few lessons in bull xs.Hes fine with other dogs providing they dont sqaure up to him or try to dominate him if they do that theyve had it.Hes not one for strangers doesnt bite just watches and stares unless they do something and infact pinned a friend of mine against the back gate at my mates house cos he walked in

No all mine are hard as nails but live with cats even the terrier who didnt get on with cats came round eventually

Arnical spray works wonders on the dogs so give that a try maybe hope it gets better soon -
I feed Skinners duck and rice or salmon and rice averages about £25 a fortnight for the two lurchers they get raw mince and chicken carcuss lamb breast and other stuff.The local butchers a fantastic guy has gave me loads including pig heads which is fine out back trying to cut it with an axe rofl.The get raw egg a few times a week pro biotic yoghurts and fish etc.Mainly stuff i find reduced or i get given neighbours all hand stuff in as well theyre throwing away cos they know the dogs dont care.Even had an old lass bring me a liver and beef casserole to the door for the dogs cos she said they

Thats our Flint she doesnt do lying anywhere normal lol shes been a bit odd lately to say the least.Shes always lay on the crate since i stopped her laying inside it cos she never chews or does anything when your not in anyway.She slept in the bath at my pals house the other week and she never takes offence to storm sleeping on top of her or the cat.Shes hand on heart one of the best but strangest dogs ive ever had lol.

I only wash mine if they smell bad or if theyve rolled in something which isnt unknown for the two long legged gits they will roll in a bird crap ffs.The terrier gets more bathed than the rest cos shes wee and gets into all kinds of messes

Glad to hear hes doing well now im sure he will be with good rest fine and fit before long.If hes putting weight on it hes doing really well.I wish you and your hound the best im sure he will recover just fine

Im Lucky the local butcher gives me stuff here and there a few times a week free.I buy a lot of meat for me and the kids of him and he gives me chicken carcuss and lamb spines etc even a pigs head a few times lol.He got me a few calfs and never took a penny just asked me to stick a few pennies in the charity tin for a kids charity fair enough.He always keeps me raw bones with a fair wack of meat on and mine thrive terrier disappears with hers into a crate and dont see her till shes finished the big uns demolish it in seconds usually.

If your unsure best advice to give is get her the hormone jab that way she or your males if you choose to do them instead cannot be caught.Personally a toe will heal and if not then have it off and she will run just fine as stated above.Either that or keep her indoors and the rest outside.Also a pair of kids shorts helps protect her honour when you walk her

Right just been informed lol well hours ago but im decorating and dismantling furniture so been busy The blue cross help people even if they work as long as you have bills and not got lots of spare money its not loads of cash but every little helps.

Skinners Duck and rice mine thrive on it the 2 lurchers look excellent you feed less for some reason and even though only 22% protein they do well they get raw as well and im hoping to get them onto a raw diet at some point but until i find a reliable decent supplier dry it is.I soak there food and they get meaty bones and what not as well.Im told the ruff and ready is excellent as well

Most vets offer a discount only about 25% if your on benefits pdsa you must have either council tax or housing benefit now and its a chargeable thing not for a donation a bitch is around £92 there so a male will be less.Dogs trust do neutering vouchers from time to time too up here before it stopped here it was only £25 bitch or dog to get them neutered so might be worth googling it and also the dog aid society.Now im not sure how far they cover but they offer £50 towards neutering you send them proof of benefits and fill in a short form and they send it to the vet so it comes off your fina

I use wound powder on mine when they do in a stopper pad.Works fine and they generally leave it alone if not get a lampshade for him and leave that on for a few days to give it a chance to heal

Give her a break ffs shes only just had pups and reared them it can take up to a year for everything to settle back to the normal.So i would say not a good idea at all and really cruel actually.

I always liked bam bam lol and years ago had a great dane called Tiny couldnt help myself i adopted a gsd years ago called blackadder the third.Which was fine if he was doing what he was told

The big differance is a fight between two terrier isnt going to be as bad as between terrier and Lurcher.Mine doesnt care she will attack a lion if the mood suits the lurchers try to back off but shes mental and keeps holding on giving it her all.Lurcher versus terrier ends in either a seriously wounded or dead terrier and with vets charging what they do its not great.I nearly lost Blitz that was enough for me to decide never ever will i leave a terrier alone with a lurcher ever
