1. Choking them relieves your stress and let's you use those upper body muscles, strengthen the fingers and, if you shake them while doing this, you can be cleaning your lymph system.
2. Finding someplace to hide the body brings out the creativity in you, something we all need at times.
3. Carrying the body to the hole you've dug or onto the boat to dump them in deep water is again exercise - hey, we've got a good thing going here don't we?!?!?
