100 million promised by the church of England to help right the wrongs of slavery is not enough and it's going to be increased to a billion. Perhaps donate that billion to a fund to train more doctors and nurses? Why do these slavery militants never mention that Mohamed was a slave trader?

I personally have sat and watched failed immigrants appear in court for offences such as driving, to money laundering to stalking and sexual assault. These were people who failed the asylum process and up to 3 appeals years ago. The oldest one failed their 3rd appeal in 2015. Yet they were still here committing crimes. The court had no powers to detain them at all, they were marked for deportation and were sat waiting. The conservatives have failed. I don't think one single person thinks labour will keep any more out or up deportations. Forget sinking boats and expecting any 'extre

Being anti what the west is doing in Ukraine doesn't always mean you support Russia or want to live under Russian rule. As said before.... Russia doesn't want to invade the west....they can just sit back and watch as our own government encourage 3rd world invasion

There are decent restaurants all along that stretch..... you won't have to search to far. We were at the other end of that area at cristianos. You can walk from adeje through Americas to cristianos and there restaurants everywhere

I've come to the conclusion that British steak isn't often good. I had 3 separate steaks in different restaurants inTenerife and all were melt in the mouth. You would have to eat in a lot of British restaurants to get 3 good ones on the trot. Fillet steak 22 euros and Amstel 2 euro a pint. That would be £40 in Britain....the Amstel is brewed up the road and we are surrounded in lush grass for cows. Something wrong somewhere

Most if not all wagu steak in the UK is a Kobe bull put over a normal cow. The steaks I've tried were ok but not really better than any other decent piece of steak. I believe it's supposed to be cooked very hot and a little bit more well done. The idea is it's full of tiny veins of fat, this should 'melt' to give it it's flavour and texture.

Yeah that's what I was watching, I'll give it a go, wasn't sure if you had to do it at a certain time of year. The neighbour is a work in progress....her ex husband was in the shoot so all her land is set up for shooting, unfortunately she is now dead set against it. She has given us permission to dog in off her land, I'm hoping that will extend to being able to send the beaters through two areas of her land on a shoot day, that would give us two extra drives. Her gardener is sound and has agreed to look after one side of the shoot so it going in the right direction. She's a bit of a recl

I'm thinking of planting it in various places on the shoot. Nextdoor has loads of it....is it easy to pinch? Can I just take cuttings or dig the roots up?

Problem is the shortage of staff in prison to do anything but the bare minimum. Of course we could spend some of the billions that have been given to Ukraine on things like prisons...but that's a different topic
