    Popped up the farm tonight on the off chance that there may be something showing, but as I expected it was very quiet.The farmers son told me to try up the road where they keep some stock in a couple of barns, saying he saw some rats the other morning, I drove up the lane, parked the van and rolled a fag, I hadn't even got the gun out of its sleeve when a rat hopped onto an old water trough for a drink.I got the gun out and waited,just long enough to finish me fag when another one arrived, I took him out and he cartwheeled into the water. I fished him out and sat back in the van, then watched
