    just out of interest how much is a farm with outbuildings and 7.5acres. to bloody much, the house is in need of total revamp due to some twats breaking in and ripping all pipes and lead up, but just lets say i wont have much change left from £200k Your having a laugh, no way will you pay that for a farm and 7 acres. Might be listed as a guide price but will sell for at least double, if not treble that

    Poison has been down for a few days but still hearing the odd 'scuttle'. Am sleeping downstairs for a few more days and then will have a look FFS thats been ages.....why dont you contact Earth&Hounds of here. He is the daddy pest controller and he would have had that rat problem fixed in an hour, i think his rate was £15 quid for that super service........ :D Got the fecker

    no the application is standard to all forces, a call to the local police station will answer your questions Maybe its the renewal letter that came with mine recently that told me then. I know i didnt have to phone up and ask.

    Have now found where he/they have been getting in, a perfect rat shaped hole where an old pipe used to come out of the house....never noticed it before. Have had a wheelbarrow load of poison put down today so ratty is living on borrowed time

    Wag, this is going to turn into a bun fight Just to put the record straight you will no doubt confirm that i have NOT sent you any pm,s.......not my style. As already said what does it matter what we call it, i do understand peoples love of the foreshore and saltings but what i dont see on here is inland shooters 'correcting' shore shooters on what they should call their sport. We all enjoy what we do and that should be enough. Regards Bell

    I personally don't think We need to go down that road Wag, it matters not what we call our own sport. As has been shown on here in the last week we all shoot the same birds in different locations at time. Me......I'm just as happy to shoot a duck or goose on the foreshore as an inland stubble. I do however detect a machismo attitude of those who seek their sport on the foreshore over those who shoot inland........ie covered in mud, few birds came etc.......just my observations.

    No i feckin havnt !! Me thinks all the loft insulation is going to have to come up so i can see whats going on. The Mrs is doing her nut about the noise I hope i catch it alive so i can tear it limb from limb.......or even better keep it alive and prod the little fecker every time it goes to sleep......see how it likes it

    Unhappily Mrg my rat hasnt read the fecking script . Five baited fenns hidden by loft insulation and not a squeak. Six glue boards have gone down this morning............i wait with baited breath and hope the little fecker suffers.

    Look closely and it will have a run somewhere......put one of your traps right on the run so it walks over it. If possible you can put things that makes it like a tunnel so it must go through.... Done that Lab but the problem is its a fairly large loft covered in insulation. From the sound of it its under the insulation on the ceiling i just cant believe it wont take a bait and its getting beyond a joke now
