    I'm going hancocks for a look around, however I just don't think I can bring myself to get a pup from non working parents. Not too bothered bout cross. Something with collie and not too much saluki. 24" upwards. From steady, sensible, working parents is what's important to me. Cheers Gaz a mates got a 3/4 1/4 bred from him and is a good (not great) all rounder very game

    i knocked a rabbit up on a public field early one morning my dog was on it like a rash turning it up and down the hedgerow when a blokes collie come from nowere and nabbed it on the next turn

    just keep on the move if its on top. stagger your times you go out if going on land regular avoid making patterns regular routes etc. and when it all goes pete tounge run like the f*****g wind

    got onto this topic the other night in the pup and had a good laugh. a old mate of mine had a half bull x and it certainly looked the part he had it from a gamefair as a pup and bought it along one night on the lamp. we entered a field and there was a rabbit smack bang in the middle, his dog was about 14 months at the time so i let his dog have the slip. it runned the beam no problems turned the rabbit and come running straight toward us, his dog made the strike no less than 2 foot away from us and the rabbit squealed and the dog let go of it took a few steps back and started to bark at it

    i brought a copy of dogs and deer the best read i have every had and only half way through it. it ignites something within that makes you crave to do it once again the passion in the book is truly unbeliveable and after reading the book i will no doubt end up in the nick for deer coursing all jokes aside top top books
