  6. its the whole concept of it all that gets me mate,they were your typical estate couple that never had a pot to piss in and no clue about the welfare of the dog,im not going to completly rip them apart but you can tell them a mile off,to many kids and nothing to do all day,still not even got time to walk the bugger,she may well of been trying to do the right thing but perhaps its all down to her own nievity(spelling)and not fully understanding what they are taking on. still it doesnt matter now,hes here to stay and yes its early days but doing very well indeed so far

  10. hi all i have not sorted this out with him and he has a refund,but why there always pricks on th forum like yourself trying to reopen a case onces it closed,i chatted to the bloke and we have both understand where one another was coming from so end of it now,so its pointless you trying to reopen case. if you want to have a debate with me do it though pm as alot of young hunters look though this forum and they dont need to see this as we are the one who are ment to be setting a example towards them so im done with this now. steve I wouldn't trust you to set an example to
  11. i paid £40 quid,they was reduced from £60 for a pair of neoprene ones from a game fair,great boot until the inside where your heel is wore away,right through the lining within a couple months cant wear them now as its causing blisters,waste of bloody money if you ask me,either go the whole hog and get the best or cheep throw aways which is what i will be going for from now on

  14. yes i know i once asked about staffs for guarding and i took the advice and never went for the particular pup i had in mind didnt want to fall into making this particular breed of dog aggressive so not really suitable although i know a few of you out there have them that will guard readily, so with my new years resolution"to get out more during the day with the dogs this year"i thought about getting a little bushing terrier to work along with the lurchers. i did have one for a few years but my job at the time the hours were relentless and wasnt fair on the bitch so she went to willow off her

  16. no reason i can see why it cant mate,the stock is straight,iv tried to illustrate this for you in this pic by laying the cleaning rod through the center of the barrels down over the top of the stock,hope this helps
