depends on the time of year, just latly been doing a few rabbit jobs also got a couple of mole jobs on and a domestic ( mouse) come the spring i tend to get a lot of squirrel work . i also get a good few rabbit jobs through the summer most of them are back garden jobs , but they pay ok . also wasps and bees are a big part of the summer pesting. domestic rats and mice can be year round, realy.

we all have our favoured methods for getting the dogs fit, and to be honest im not a big beliver in road walking. for me its the mountin bike or behind the motor for a few miles verying the speed. but to be honest i dont think you can beat working them graduly building up on the amnount of runns they have in a day/night. but ALWAYS watching the performance, and gauging when the sesion is over. but another area that can get over looked is feeding and kenneling. about 10 days ago two of mine had some real long long runs they both had 3 each in about 1. 1/2 hours the last

good advise there from mat the rat. i worked for a local company for 18 months, to get experiance and to pass my bpca at warwick uni. then set up on my own , spent about £500 with killgerm to get the basics, an add in the yellow pages wich cost £1200, but i paid monthly. and just over £500 public liabilty insurance. good luck TOMO

I THINK THE IMPORTANT THING THAT BOB SHOULD THINK ABOUT IS HOW MUCH MONEY HE CAN DO WITH OUT. AND ALSO THE KIND OF WORK HE WANTS TO DO WITHIN THE INDUSTRY. FOR ME LIKE OTHERS ON HERE, IT IS RURAL PEST CONTROL THAT INTREST ME, I GIVE ALL MY INSECT WORK AWAY , APART FROM WASPS AND BEES. BUT I STILL DO A PART TIME JOB AT WEEKENDS , WICH LEAVS ME TIME FOR MOLES AND RABBIS MIDWEEK.

there will be alot of felles on here saying well done mate but to be honest i can see your concerns. with a nice little contact on a golf course. but at least you can count your blessings that you got back without any more drama. just shows how little dogs can do big jobs somtimes if there harts there. best wishes TOMO -
I CANT BELIVE PEOPLE HAVE NEVER HERD OF A SILENCER ON A SHOTGUN AND WHATS THAT DIAGRAM OF A SNARE TYPE BENDER TO CATCH A TROUT, TO COMPLICATED 20 LB LINE 3-4 TREBLE HOOKS COMING OF BAITED WITH WORMS OR MAGOTTS. JUST TIED TO A ROOT UNDER THE BANK OR A TREE , OR IF THAY AINT AVAILABLE NOCK A TENT PEG IN THE GROUND.

your all missing the point, he has an air rifle. go and shoot them at night with the air riffle . they roost at night in the trees . just go along and you will see them silueted against the night sky. easy to shoot

yes its nice to hear about lads hunting in europe and the rest of the world with sighthounds and lurchers, keep them coming lads. there was a fella on here a year or two back that was in ferreting, and he was from sweeden or maybe norway. its nice to hear of your hunting exploits

are you keeping a pup mark if ya breed? and if so , why did ya get rid of that dog ya sold? 26" to big for small fields. you dont half talk shit my friend. it all depends on the dog. let me tell ya i have a 26" dog that out turns that little racey kelpie cross . and i have see others on small padock fields in the dales take large bags of bunnys. but of course you wont listen to others she cought 36 of those on small padocks, the whippet cross in the pic cought 16. must of been a fluke

just been convering it to ££££ its about the same . in other words £1 each , wich is what we pay for cheap nylon nets. those do look like they have been nitted straight to the ring, so they may well be handmade. if so then thats a good price. love the screw driver as a peg

i can tell you about somthing embarrasing that happened to me. i think i may have said it befor on here. but here goes. worked for a local pesty company, had not started long , was still lerning the ropes. my colleuge and i were checking bait boxes on a big pig unit that had a rat problem . we were also fixing in 1 or 2 new boxes, screwing them in place. all of a sudden i jumped up . a fecking rat was inside my overalls leg :sick: feck me a went white. then started jumping around screaming. my colleuge at first thought it was summat seriouse , he was concered. i screamed a
