i agree with evrybodys coments,, our lads died for that place 3o years back........................however,, its always supriced me that we do own it,, i think its mad,, its just like them owning sky,, or any island of our shores.. of course the inhabatants want to stay british.........they are brits that settled there,, so that goes with out saying realy... should we fight for it,,,, well yes,,,, but in all honesty i dont think it should be ours

ok i can see where going to have to show our spades,, ,, i got 4 in use,,, all difrent,,, got the bulldog rabbiter,, the bulldog roundmoth ,, terrier mans spade,, got the narrow bladed drainige spade with a thik heavy shaft,, and the little arrmy spade,, wich is great for clearing a hole.............its a fecker carrying all 4 round though

well i got to say i enjoyed it,,,, i normaly hate reality tv..... but i was just so shoked at evrything that was on ,,, dogs killing deer , hare coursing,, even the kid getting a boot up the arse... the kid sat on his dads knee whilst he drove off.... i will say this those two kids were very game, its not for me i coudnt stand to watch my kids get hurt,, i hope mine never have a fight in there lives,, but fair doos, those kids went for it a bit,,, and for along time.. now weather the fight was staged, or not , i thought the dochety fella was a handfull.............. do any o

yeh good films,, and well filmed,, when you think with all our technology these days,, and a 20 year old film is still the best bit of film on lamping. i like the bit where the dog pisses on a thisle , and the bunys bolts

The one where the girl goes is a decent gym. Thinks she pays about 25 but thats with a council discount through her work. She does alot of classes, i wouldn't be doing them it would be solely for the gym. Problem is i dont like being the new person( stupid i know) and walking into the gym and just jumping on a machine is a bit daunting. Maybe al just need to man up...... evrybody feels like that there firts time mate,,, and theres nowt i can say that will change that feeling,,,, but of course if its a decant gym with trained instructors they will put you at ease.... some of the cl

i pay £46,, i still go and do a bit,, mind you mines expencive cos i go to virgin active,, been this morning infact,,, but even in our town there are a few new ones ,, and they only charge £15 ,,, mind you mines trendy but it does have a pool, and evry class is free ,

you can do most movements in a power cage, and do it in safety,, ther are steel bars wich go across, wich you can set at difrent hights , so if you loose control you can drop the bar on to them... you can do squats in there bench presses ,, shoulder presses.. if you get a bench that inclines you can use it in conjuction with the rack. all this being said,,, if your a novice,, go to a gym and get help, last thing you want is an injury,,, or years of doing a movemnt incorectly ,, and having nothing to show for what you think is hard work

ive had bits and bobs at home,,, even though i was big in to training and boxing ,, i couldnt do it at home,,, i had to go to the gym,, i never had the disapin at home...........needed to walk in the gym,, see the lads lifting,, doing a warm up with your training partner,, ect ect if theres one not to far lab,,, ide honestly go there

i have seen on here in the uk,, at a show in norfolk about 3 years ago,, an old woman had brought a few over ,, somthing to do with a galgo rescue,,, i was talking to her a good while, a very knowledgble old lass when it came to dogs and coursing.

yeh i think theres an inoculation you can get for sand fly,, i took my dog to ibiza back in 2002 when the first pet pasport came out,, and i remember the vet mentioning somthing about sand flys.. did the farmers not mind you mind you going on the land matt?? where were you , barcalona,, zaragosa way ??
