Yep always best if you can see them work,,, no dowt about that,,,I'm lucky enough to have been out and watched a lot of good dogs work,,,but I have also bought pups purely on reputation...sometimes you have to take an educated gamble,,, especially if it's been recommended by a trusted friend ... But if you can watch them work first
