It's been on our local news,,,, the police have released the year old man,,,, he said he was taking the child to the mother,,,but got the wrong the mother,,,he thought it was a different woman,,,,who is proberbly out of shot ..... Just shows we can all jump to the wrong conclusions,,,myself included
