I'm just generalising mate....I think if everyone went on a zero carb diet they would drastically improve there life...but I understand most people couldn't or wouldn't want to...bit if they went low carb...they could still improve health a good bit

I didn't say he's not correct on a lot of stuff...but he's hardly someone to seriously listen to....and to be honest I think I've probably only seen 4 or 5 of his films....there are far more people out there with more insight in to low carb diets...and there benefits..

Vit d3 k2 and magnesium can be a benefit...but as Greyman rightly points out above there is talk that getting in capsules tablets ect might not be that beneficial....
