every body always mentions the kipping......have you ever tried to do one rusty??...think there a skil to learn correctly in there own right....most good crosfit gyms would get you doing strict pull ups first....and if you cant do them , do them banded... one thing that they should be real carful about in my opinion is the Olympic lifts....and dead lifts....oly lifts are very technical ....and to some degree the dead lift theres that bit of film of the guy that runs crossfit...forgot his name...but hes with Jason killipa doing deads....and they guys form is frighting

theres another kid as well ...cailor woolam I think his name is.....he pulls sumo style...only 220 bodyweight but pulls 900....looks like a real lean fella as well

eddie has lost a ton of fat in the last 18 month...when his shirts off his abs are visible .....and still over head pressed 190 the other week

been watching a bit of eddie on youtube.....hes also been on brian shaws youtube channel a bit lately....hes quite funny to be fair... hell of a lift that 500..... the last time there was a thread like this..i put up a compaltion of great deadlifts....and one that stuck out to me was a 400 kilo lift....but the guy did it double over hand with no staps.....not as heavy as some others ...but by feck its some grip.....that new black kid on the sceen Larry wheels is a real strong kid and in his early 20's.....

listen to the young fella in his 20's..... wait till your in ya 50's......funny though its just been these last 2-3 year for me .....up until then I have been fine

oh and I'm having some pain in my left knee as well.....done it running up some steep banks ferreting back in November....which has pissed me off...as you would think squatting would have done it....ive now had to stop leg training...well quads any way

same here my left ones fecked.....cant get my left forearm vertical....if you get what I mean.....in other words if I do a shoulder press with a free bar...my left arm wants to push out almost in the same plane as an incline bench press....so now I have to use the smith machine...or dumbells on high incline but not vertical

theres a gym somewhere down London way ...but in the sticks a bit....its called the farm gym..i think.....theres two lorry containers with out on side facing each other and an out door space between ....they have a few strong man implements as well....good set up it is....

you got a garage gym chris??..... I'm in the prosess myself....just cleared an old outhouse out....its not big 12 foot by 9 foot......but big enough for a power rack ..bench ..and a few oly bars....not a lot you cant train with that

in the big scheme of things it doesn't matter.....but a lot of folk like going at the end of the day after there body has warmed up all day moving around and eating multiple meals...but it don't really matter..... although there is one school of thought that thinks fasted cardio is better for weight loss....in other words first thing befor brecky
