  1. Hi whippet 99, there's nothing physically wrong with her..no injuries of any sort, she runs very well and I've never seen a dog jump so high and long, she's just not intrested in chasing anything. I dont know anything of her history, so yeah, she could have been abused for chasing whatever animal before I got her...she was very timmid of men when I first got her,I was feeding her out of my hand for about a month before she would come to me without my having food for her, don't know if that's anything to to with it. Will be trying the rabbit lure exercise as soon as poss and will post

  6. I really think this comment is bollox, has anyone actually said the species they hunt/work? If you say to a farmer, "No i wont work your rats, rabbits", don't you think he really cares, if his crop is being mullard, seed being contaminated, whatever else it is that pisses him off, it's our responsibility to sort it out. Don't you think?

  8. Don't stop......................Some of the permission i have is all about pest control, and i'd likely loose it if i said no to year round hunting.

  13. it could be dampness in the collars, try drying them out and then wrap insulating tape around them and test again, also new batteries don't mean a thing to me as they are draining/leaking all the time, whenever you buy a new set of batteries test them with a multimeter for voltage readings, Higgins Recently went out with a lad off here, i had my MK1 he had a mk3m, cold horrible day, he had readings of 6+, i showed readings of 3ish. So, in conclusion, I don't have a clue
