ruined him dont people make mistakes like .and not my problem that bailey is up for re homing again The pup looks a cracker BUT that last comment........it IS YOUR problem that he is up for rehoming again, if you loved that dog at all, you would at least care that he is being passed on already, you may not be able to do anything about it but you should not justify it by saying it is not your problem!

Thanks guys, I'm going to try a drop box on the land too, There is a massive population there, but due to the Badger population , i can only work two of the four sides of the property. There is a huge train embankment on one side that will always provide replacements for those i take off. Should keep me going for years to come .

And they wonder why rescues wont rehome to working homes Exactly WORKING!!! Why the f**k would you keep a ferret for years that doesn't work. Hi all, Can anyone tell me if it is feasible to connect an 8ft terrier sender to a ferret collar? Ie will the sender unit be too big for a ferret to have around it's neck? # Thanks in advance LD13

So you're going to condemn all those who work their ferrets because you don't like the comments of one or two? I joined this forum to learn about working ferrets and have gained the exact opposite impression as you. I'm very impressed at the attitude of the vast majority of those who keep and breed ferrets for working. Most are obviously very knowledgeable about the ferrets and give them excellent care, far more so than many pet owners, and it seems that working ferrets have longer, healthier lives than many pet ones. If I were a rescue, I'd certainly be delighted to rehome ferrets to expe

That last 60 odd hole bank is the largest bank i work. It was tough going, but with only two ferrets in and working right to left with the wind, it was a nice steady flow of bolters

Hi guys and gals, I finally got out on some permission I acquire last week and got rained off last weekend. Weather this morning was diabolical but i waited out and had faith in the met office Well, we finally arrived at 11am, not as early as i'd of liked but the weather was on the up and up from then As this was a new spot i thought i'd try all the burys possible, Starting with a very unlikely looking bury on a small bank. Three nets set in quick time and more or less within seconds we had number 1 in the net, followed 3 mins later buy number two Bury empty.
