  1. Cheers Jamie Just concerned with the possibility of secondary poisoning
  2. Hi all, I have a mouse issue, we have been in the property, for 6mnths and at first noticed the sign of mice two weeks after moving in, droppings etc. I trapped and killed just four. Nor traps are baited and remain empty (live catch), sign has stopped in the house, living areas etc. Now we can hear them in the walls and ceilings!! what to do? we have young children and dogs so perhaps poison might not be a great idea? Any advice appreciated. LD13
  3. The boy in my pick is a mastiff cross, i'm trying to sort out some descent pics. He's 16mnths now, only just grown into his head, and all his legs finally move in harmony Keen as mustard but as yet untested. ATB LD13
  4. Too much food/ poor diet/ and or lack of exercise. "Rescued greyhounds aren't allowed off the lead you know" as a very well informed rescue org once told me

  6. ha ha yr the oxygen thief fecking doilam. got to agree with aisling3, 5 yrs old for f**k sake! nice to see you're repaying his loyalty. But it's ok, if we look at your other posts we'll see you really want a "cover dog". That proves for certain that you will be a good choice for a new dog to go to. A forever home?

  13. Did you block all the holes before you left mate?
  14. he's 14 mnths old now, is a vet likely to lop off the unaffected toe?
  15. Better getting it cut off, will only catch on everything now. i'ts the bone not the nail mate, it looks perfectly normal, it is the bone that joins it to the leg that feels bust.
  16. there's nowt a vet will do other then have a prod round and charge you for the pleasure. Just rest the og and lead walks only until it's closed up. Try and let the air get to it or it may well go mankey. Thats the technical term for it anyway. ATB and hope it heals quickly for you.
  17. Hi all, I took my bull thing out for a walk today, all seemed fine. After a few hours at home, he curled up on his bed and let out a yelp. I went and gave him a once over and found the problem was his dew claw bone on his front right foot, the claw itself if fine, not torn, but the connecting bone is causing him pain. I'm presuming it's broken as there is no external marks and usually he's tough as the proverbial old boot. Anyone else experienced this? and what action did the vet take if any? ie, did they leave it/ strap it to set itself? Thanks in advance guys
  18. Would that not Fcuk up their innards if swallowed while eating etc? It doesn't fall apart, it holds together very well, the strands are quite long. Not one bit leaves thier nest box. Would be imposable for them to consume it so no worries there. Give it a try see what you think. I'll have a look down b&q feela
  19. try taking some of it's shit and put it in the litter tray. It might help to relate it.
