  3. I get all my green tripe online delivered to the door.dont know the average price everyone pays but this stuff is20kg for £36 they also do many other products and it is excellent quality.they also give you the fat, protein, fibre etc analysis. Theyloveit.co.uk however saying that I get most of my dog food from the local slaughter house on the cheap
  4. Forgot to add if you are staying in Helston, looe bar is definitely worth a visit for fishing.
  5. If its fishing your after ,particularly bass you could try Sennen, or failing that you could also try long rock beach its dog friendly as well.cross over at the level crossing park in the car park and fish around the rocks that are straight out in front of you. You will also have the advantage of digging your own bait there.the bass are only small but from time to time you will get lucky. Hope this helps.hazey
  6. i was told the dog is suluki /grey/ belgium shepard/ebt .do not know if this is true and if it is i am unsure of %
  7. survived being shot, only to be caught by the dog.just to add there was no signs of injury to the rabbit when it was running and the pellet did not break the bone.anyone else come across similar?
  8. Thanks for the replies.looks like a bit more practice then lol. I will try to put some pics and a vid up later. Cheers all.
  9. Morning. The dog in question is (so i am led to believe) saluki/grey/belgian shepherd/ebt and i have no idea of %. Looks more sal /grey to me but im far from expert. Dog has no probs in the day finding them in grass /hedges.on the lamp he is coming on well and also comes ferreting. I asked about the filter because is it possible that the dog gets dazzled by being close to the lamp and can no longer see the rabbit? As said no problems normally (at distance)
  10. In need of some advise please .i have found afew times when slipping the dog on a close range rabbit say within 5/10metres,once the rabbit runs the dog gives chase.however if the rabbit happens to make it to some longer grass and stops the dog no longer seems to see it and shoots past ,even thou the lamp is still on the now squating rabbit. As i said it only seems to be when they are very close. Would it be worth trying a filter? Thanks in advance for any answers. Hope this makes sense, just to add the dog is in his second season, 28months old .thanks
  11. I got one last season, ive had to take it apart and re solder most of the connections within the first 2 months, also had the female conector fall to bits. However the guy off ebay was quick to send replacment part. As for charging the battery always waited for the light to turn green. Hope this helps
  12. hi all.i have a 24 month old ebt x sbt.i use her for bushing to the lurcher.shes safe round ferrets, livestock and other dogs.she works fairly well but anything she gets hold of is only fit for the ferrets and believe it or not shes got a good nose on her. http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh231/hazeybrain/ferret%20court/randomiphone2099.jpg
  13. hiya.i have used the same gauge mesh before with no problems. cheers for the advice anyway.
