    If you look into the hole where the filling probe goes there should be a screw which secures the barrel shroud to the air cylinder, undo this and pull the shroud away from the gun it should slide off. Now take the scope off and there should be 4 grub screws, undo these and the barrel should slide out of the breach and give you access to where the pellets are stuck. Im telling you this on the bases that the webley venom viper is the one based upon the webley raider, if not completly ignore this. Richard

    Fishing "flies" like a muddler or catswhiskers is just spinning with a fly rod, so one lure at a time is enough. However, when fishing flies that are tied to represent natural flies, there is nothing wrong with a team of flies. Just MHO.     My old man forgot to put the bait runner on a rod once and we didnt spot it had gone until the rod floated past my swim We managed to get it back by casting the rod i was rebaiting over it, we didnt land the fish but we got the rod back. the rod was fine but the reel needed to be cleaned and re lubed afterwards.     On the rare occasion i do fling the fluff about i'll use just about anything as long as it catches however i do disagree with multiple hooks in fresh water. Richard

    I used to have a 2x2 plywood box with apholsterers foam inside, stop any pellet and for quite a while pretty quiet. Richard

    PCP man to the core, whats the point of having a rifle that recoils, only has one shot and a bigger margin of error in which to inhumainly injure your quarry when you can have a 10 shot, recoiless, accurate PCP?.     Basically the same rifle mate, the only differences being the inclusion of a safety, leaver action instead of bolt and the adjustable buttpad. I have an original brummie made raider and i cant fault it, not bad for a 10 year old gun. Richard

    Ive done mine once or twice since ive had it and its not that hard mate, as long as your a slighty competent person you should be fine Richard thanks rich..... did you buy the seals from a company I just bought one of These from ebay and it had all the seals i needed. Richard

    I quite like it where i am now, in Cwmaman My house is surrounded by mountains and countryside and being this close to brecon but not close enough to have tourists means that i often have the place to myself its a good place to live but god awfull for shooting and fishing, i find myself travelling and hour or more away just for a decend weekends carp fishing and ive still failed to find any decent shooting permission The only other place ive ever spent any real time is deal in kent, i used to stay with relatives as a kid and i loved it, its got an awesome carp fishery not 2 mins away and

    Forget your daystates, i prefer the weight of the rifle to be close to my shoulder so it can only be one rifle for me. The FX Verminator!!! short, light and a big shot count does it all for me. Try another forum like the airgun bbs for example the for sale section on there moves quite fast and there are some real bargains to be had. just from the first few posts i got a .177 Falcon FN19 single shot for £200 177 webley raider for £300 It changes daily and a good deal can sell in minuits so get yourself on there .     Should of gone for the raider 10 mate , Got mine out today for the first time since its service and it was consistantly hitting a bottle top at 50 meters Which i think is pretty shit hot. i suppose some of the regs will be able to piss all over that result but i was proud of my ability. Richard
