if you know when they come out to read meter .......turn off supply unscrew meter put the plug in what comes with meter......(everyone knows a lad on the clean water side) they will have loads of plugs but makesure you put it back before he comes back out,.......................... dont take the piss just do it for a couple of weeks at a time......

im not defending her mate im just putting all the facts on the table so people can see a clearer picture I can see that mate and it opens it up for a proper debate but the facts are no one in this country should be allowed to have that amount of children unless they can pay for it. i thought the same but that wont work through humanity rights............but there must be other ways of legislation to deal with it better...........thing is situations change in families and they have to be carefull because one way or another they will pay in the end........

I don't believe that for a second, papers like the Sun and the Mail would be running daily articles if that was the case. As it stands you only hear about a handful of cases like here every year.. While I don't agree with what she's been allowed to do, there are far worse things happening in the world to get pissed off about.. her issue is that she is having it built .....alot of families move into council facilities with big families ......... woman down the road has 7 or 8 kids .........there waiting for a bigger property........i think the issue is more that she is having it built especial
