    The Black Venus, now that brings back some memories.......... I think it was the first pub on Exmoor to offer garlic mushrooms; at least it was famous for it. Haven't been there for years now; may drop in for a pint next week just for old times sake I presume that would be the TVB hunting the Challacombe country? i think so mate,.......most me family are living with in a few mins walking distance of there....when i was a young lad i use to love meeting there with the fox hounds..........quality

    the truth is the future is bleak we are breeding like rats ........resources will run out there will be nothing left one day........ and to let the over seas people just add to our problem is unbelievable ...... there needs to be new ledgeslation and laws.......we will be all concrete jungles ,.these invasions are real and developing over green land is as bad as it gets .....the polllution is more of a threat just too add to the worries...... do away with over seas aliens ........reduce the number of kids to families ,..take work punishment on criminals.........plant more trees ......... i

    i thought i use to have hidings ,......but mine seem pritty minor compared to use socks....... if im honest me old man was either a work a holic or in the pub ,......didnt have much time for us ........mother done everything with us...... my dads effection was giving us money and still is today ........he cant show effection.......or emotion .....hes a tough man who for some reason never or couldnt show love......... me grandparents ,aunties and uncles were what got me into working dogs and im nothing like me ma and pa they see me as the out cross...........bit rugged and shaggy not there p

    Over the years ive often tried to understand the whole downs syndrome thing.............i dont......and im not sure i want to simply because i really enjoy the relationship i have with this lad he just has an energy and honesty about him that i find infectious............every now and then he comes to the footie with us he loves it.......i try to steer clear of confrontation with folk at footie wherever possible.............but the amount of times i have to give other fans a " dont say a word " kind of look .......is something thats still a real shame in society...............you feel so prot

    Nothing to do with morals. Football is getting used more and more as a tool to show our countries respect for people who not everyone respected. When it goes Pete tong, its the football club that pays the price. Why should it be forced into this situation, its only a football club, nothing to do with politics, celebrities etc etc. if its someone who supported,played, managed, etc etc that or a relative club then fair enough. Other than that, it shouldn't happen. Celtic has done a lot for football related disasters, ibrox, etc. we gave money to a European club when we played them cos one of the

    ........i dont see it as a rich against poor conflict ,....im poorer than poor but i will give a minute for any one even me worst enemies,.....as long as someone hasnt done anything morally wrong,....we had a local buisnessman murdered here ,....he would buy run down buisnesses and promise them this and that and stitch them up and come out smelling of roses financially time and time again...... well his down fall was when he stitched up a bloke who lost his house and familiy ,...........he went round to his house and shot him on his own door step and then killed himself in the church yard....

    my mrs had a minutes silence before a rugby game( what was she to do with the game)she came too watch and im sure iron lady watched a bit of sport from time to time ,..........and i kept it local but she could of had a couple more clubs giving a minutes silence......, yeah she was married to a rugby player but a minutes silence for a life time surely isnt to much too ask.... is family of players deserving a minutes silence.....? is famous people deserving a minutes silence? what about reckognised charity workers who have done a lifetime of fundraising but have nothing to do with any sport..?

    respect for the dead -- my old nan used to say i agree and juding someone on her job isnt fair.........but to judge a deceased person for a crime they have done in there life is fair.....and dont deserve respect...... rip iron lady........ @ baw i dont respect some family but still have the audasity to give them a minute silence.......she broke no laws...... this is your opionion and although i disagree with poll tax ,...we are all in the same boat and whever we see bad or good my opionion is a minute silence is to respect there passing............we have all done wrong in some point of o
