i know a gun annesty wont stop it happening ................but it would help...............and there does need to be changes made , whever its security or law , any decision made needs to be a well thought out one........ i dont mean to sound abit rash in my comments ..................and to speak about it like a statistic just doesnt seem right to me and a little respect i think is needed and may be i just see it from the families view more...............than the outside world..........
