    No mate just my mate had a bad day at the office ? Shot 2 in quick succession off sticks last night after a little training session ?

    Out again last night again with my mate to redeem himself. C50 zero checked and Ok so off we went to 1st location , a smallholder losing hens. Got set up on barn roof and within 5 minutes had a dog cub coming in nice to the cub call.....job sorted and owners happy 2nd location off to the local Hall again losing hens. By now there was no wind at all and very warm . Before I got the caller out I spotted a fox travelling up the adjacent hedgerow but wouldnt call and just slipped I to the wood. 3rd location out on the stubble, spotted Cubs again but had to try and get round t

    That's better , I use 2 nets too ?Not a fan of those modern see through stealth nets . Turned up at a field one day and a guy was sitting there with his stealth net , he might as well have just sat in the field with no net. I could see him down both sides and from the front , another one with all the gear and no idea ?

    That net looks a bit too open for my liking , do you not get birds veering off ? I like to be well concealed.

    The problem with a lot of these forums is that they are full of members giving advice who never spend any time in the field. These members are always experts following best practice but have no experience. They dont live in the real world unlike some guys who are out doing it week in week out , these are the guys who I admire and get along with.
