I always find the forecast is fairly accurate. Obviously sometimes it is inaccurate but in the main I've found very good.

Christ I would have no hesitation in sacking you as it seems you are unable to listen or comprehend information. What would you do if your staff kept eating the pies on the line ?

I wasnt sacked what dont you understand, there was a restructure and 7 staff were made redundant due to income stream decreasing due to Covid. I always do a great job , might struggle making a pie though ????

You know nothing about me ,I never turned on my staff but feel no regret at letting people go who are incompetent and cant do their job. Similarly I would always praise those that performed well. I have always been meticulous and accurate in my work , surely you should take pride in your work or pies ? Cant tolerate knackers though ?
