  11. I'm bored indoors rained off so thought I'd try my hand at this writing a decent thread thing, here goes I had a couple of friends come over from Holland for a weekend on the rabbits as it's illegal to hunt with dogs over there. I picked the guy's up at the airport ( after being delayed for 2 hours ) and took them out lamping straight away. I took them to some paddocks I haven't been to since last season thinking it would give us at least a chance of a few runs. We arrived and I gave the lads a slip lead each and let them choose a dog each. I didn't mind lamping for them, albeit feeling a

  15. If I take out the in line fuse what's to stop the bulb from keep blowing though ?? I didn't know if it was getting too hot as the bulb isn't strong enough to get rid of the heat produced when switched on ??
  16. I'm in need of some technical help here guy's and girls please. I've had my striker for a couple of seasons now and all was going well until I upgraded to a lithium battery. I was bought a Lithium 10amp battery and cannot rate it highly enough but I'm recently having trouble with the lamp handle heating up so much it's nearly too hot to hold ? I have changed the bulb from a 100watt to a 50 so to give me more battery life and it has been fine until the last 4 / 5 trips out. I'm wondering if the bullet connectors I have put in the wiring ( to interchange batteries if needed and also put an in

  19. I bred my Stafford bitch ( 17 1/2" ) to a non ped whippet of about 23 / 24" and didn't have any bother. She was A I but all went well. As said previously keep the bitch in good health and shape and always have the money for C section just in case. When I bred my bitch she was in pretty much the best nick she ever was which imo helped. ATB, Blackstaff
