    I am always watching the body language of the aproaching dog and if it looks agressive I have a little plan of where my boot will be placed if worse happens. Mind you if it's a big f**k off rottie of bull breed, my size nine probably would'nt be very sucessful.

    The most surprisingly bad film I saw recently was Godfather 3, probably because of my expectation after 1 and 2.

    My aunty did our family tree and it goes back about 200 years, not a trace of anything other than English on that side at least, although my surname is French and came over with the Normans nearly 1000 years ago. Other side of the family are all English as far as anybody knows. I guess I am about as English as you can be and very proud of it.

    That is a very sad thing to hear, I could tell Patrick was a decent, hard working and articulate young man and it must be such a sad loss to all his family and friends. Once again the good ones go first.

    On the positive side from the programe last night, the two kids marrying came across as a decent pair and let's face it plenty of youngsters are living far worse lives.

    The problem is the land is green belt and is bought for peanuts because it is meant for farming or grazing. If they let travelers build on this land then it is just open season for anybody to do what they want. We would have shanty towns popping up all over the place and possibly on a nice piece of countryside where you like to walk.

    There are two types of people, those who do the right thing because they want to live in a society worth living in. The other type are of an insular nature and are just out for what they can get. They are of every race, class and background but they are the poison of society and will use any excuse to justify there actions.

    Aside from working dogs, I think this cross is the best companion dog you can get. I hope they get good homes because these dogs are not made to spend long periods in the kennel, far too much energy and intelligence for that.
